The location was perfect for our needs. The beds comfortable, facilities clean.
There is zero water pressure in the shower! It is difficult to get soap and shampoo off due to water just barely spraying out. And we have stayed here a few times due to perfect location and the shower is the same on any floor or room we have been in
Breakfast was good. I asked for a late check out and they offered me an hour. I was appreciative for that.
Unfortunately because the amount of noise the cleaning staff was making in the hallway i could not enjoy the hour of extra sleep. I also had to ask for the complimentary water for being a hilton member.
Reception put us in a room that the tv did not work. They sent someone up to check and that person fiddled with it for five minutes and then left stating she would be back. Twenty minutes later my wife called the front desk. They said that tv has not worked for three days and to come back down to put us in another room. Down we went, received a new room on the same floor we just left. Very incovenient. New room was fine.
Very nice stay. Clean rooms and hotel, good beds and pillows, near to University. The staff was outstanding!
The maids, restaurant wait service Maria in the morning and Karen in the evening really made the stay enjoyable ♥️. Felipe was is an outstanding asset and a brand ambassador!

We have stayed here before and bern pleased with our experience. The hotel itself is very nice and the room is large and comfortable, although the bathroom is small.
The issue is extremely poor customer service. When I arrived, the front desk staff informed me that their computer system was down. They were able to find my name on a printed list and provided me a key for my room. Unfortunately, that room was clearly occupied, and the only saving grace was that there was no one in the room at the time that I opened the door. I returned with my luggage to the front desk, was given a key for a second room, which, turned out to be a two queen instead of the king room that I had requested. When I attempted to login to the hotel Wi-Fi, I was unable to connect; I called the front desk and was told that because of computer outage, that I would need to use the promotional code in order to access the Wi-Fi. Clearly no one thought that that was important informationto share a check-in. And the last straw, was that at 9:17 at night I receive a call from the front desk saying that their computer system is now working and I should come down to provide them with a credit card. I Indicated that I would be down in the morning. I’m still here and pretty sure that there will be more issues before I check out tomorrow. Very, very, very disappointing from Hilton.
We stayed at this hotel as a stopover on our drive from Michigan to Maine. The rooms are nicely appointed, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. It was the perfect end to a long day of driving.

Property is well maintained but it is very deep inside. It is very quiet with good parking facilities. AC is very good but can be noisy in the night. Tea / coffe machine is available in the rooms. Good space in the rooms and the breakfast area is very spacious. Can easily accommodate 10 families at any time.
Booking.com gave me a 25$ credit for my booking which was not accepted during final checkout. I paid additional money for early check in and check out, but it was conveyed that this aspect must be checked with the morning staff. Breakfast buffet options are very limited for 14$ and they are not included in the package. À la carte breakfast starts at 12$. No water bottles provided in the room and water filling counter is not available in every floor. Toiletries like a dental kit would be a good option, instead was provided with a make up removal kit in the bathroom.
The $15 breakfast is free at many other lesser hotels. Ordering from the menu was not much better, I ordered the Three egg omelette it was good but it must have been made with small eggs, it was served warm. The potatoes were cold, the bacon was good but I had to ask for the toast that I ordered. AND, I had to get my own coffee and buss the table. Not a great value.
