חניה - אין חניה , בקושי מצאתי מקום בחוץ וזה מ 9-21 לשלם בחוץ
חדרים מיושנים הברז בכיור,ההדלקה של המזגן לא רואים בכלל את המספרים , היה לכלוך מאחורי הוילונות

מלון שחושב על הפרטים הקטנים ביותר מכל הבחינות: נוחות, שירות, עזרה, נגישות, אכפתיות והקשבה. צוות מקסים, מקצועי וסופר שירותי, שגורם לך להרגיש רצוי ומוערך לאורך כל השהות.

המלון נקי מאוד, וכל בקשה מקבלת מענה במהירות יוצאת דופן שירות חדרים או טכנאי הגיעו אלינו תוך דקות ספורות מרגע הקריאה.

לאורך כל היום יש כיבוד ושתייה חמה וקרה לאורחים ללא עלות, ובנוסף הופעות, פעילויות ומופעים שמוסיפים לאווירה ומבטיחים שלא יהיה רגע משעמם.

יש במלון עולם שלם ומקסים לילדים עם תחפושות,צוות מקסים,יצירה,גימבורי,הופעות,משחקים,פלייסטשן ועוד

מבחינת השירות, יש אישה אחת שפשוט מעוררת השראה טוני מצוות הניהול והשירות. עוד לפני שהגענו למלון היא הייתה קשובה לכל צורך ובקשה שלנו ברמה שקשה לתאר במילים. היא ריגשה אותנו באכפתיות, ברגישות, בסבלנות וברצון האמיתי לעזור ולאפשר לנו ליהנות מהחופשה בצורה הטובה ביותר.

טוני קיבלה אותנו בחום, הייתה זמינה לכל שאלה ובקשה, ובאה לקראתנו מעל ומעבר למצופה. אנשים כאלה הם בדיוק מה שהופך חופשה טובה לחופשה בלתי נשכחת.

גם אלכס ראוי לציון מיוחד שירותי, אדיב, חברותי, קשוב ויעיל מאוד. הוא תמיד חיפש פתרונות, נתן מענה מהיר וגרם לנו להרגיש שיש מי שדואג לנו באמת.

ורפאל המנהל שגם בא לקראת עם חיוך רחב גדול ומחבק.

Great service, great location and very nice hotel.
Pros:

Great service, great location, nice beds, clean hotel and great pool.

Cons:

Can't fault the hotel; the only thing is it might be more of a family hotel because of their amazing kids facilities, and not so much for a 33-year-old woman alone.

טוני היתה מקסימה!
דאגה לנו להכל מהרגע שהגענו למלון, שידרגה לנו את החדר לחדר עם מרפסת ונוף לבריכה למרות ששילמנו על חדר רגיל.
האווירה במלון היתה שקטה ונינוחה למרות שהיו לא מעט אנשים וילדים, וזה היה לנו ממש חשוב בתור זוג צעיר.
המיקום של המלון מצוין הכל היה במרחק הליכה ולעומת המיקום המרכזי בלילה היה שקט ורגוע לגמרי.
הארוחת בוקר ממש טעימה והאוכל היה טרי.

שילמנו על ארוחת הערב שלא היתה שווה את המחיר(לעומת ארוחת הבוקר)
דיווחנו על כך לטוני והיא דאגה לפצות אותנו כמו שצריך גם אחרי שכבר הגענו הביתה היא דאגה לנו כדי שנקבל את מה שהגיע לנו.
רק בגלל היחס שלה אני ממליצה להגיע למלון הזה!
