אהבנו בעיקר את השירותיות והגדלת הראש. התקשר אליי יום לפני בחור בשם רפאל ושאל לשם מה אנו מגיעים וכשסיפרתי שיש יום הולדת לאחייניות שלי התאומות אז אכן יצא מצב שבאותו יום שהגענו בערב דפק בחור על הדלת של החדר והביא בלונים, ממתקים, מכשיר תאורה חמוד לנייד ויין. סהכ מאוד מרוצים מהשירות, מהחדר ומהאוכל.

Service est vraiment efficace, la nourriture est excellente ça n'a pas changé et cela fait 9 ans que j'avais pas été. Pour moi c'est le meilleur des Leonardo car c'est un petit hôtel plus calme ou le personnel est attentif.

האוכל והמתקנים היו מאוד טובים .
אנשי הצוות סופר נדיבים וחמודים עזרו לנו בכל שאלה ובקשה שהייתה לנו .
היה מנהל בשם רפאל (מוגדר כמנהל ערב ) בחור נחמד עם חיוך ושירות שבאמת צריך בכל מלון בארץ .

השירות יוצא מכלל החל מהקבלה. מישל וטוני מאוד אדיבות. בחדר האוכל ובחדרים היו אנשי שירות מירדן, שעשו הכל על מנת שהגיש נוח ולא יחסר דבר. המלון נקי . בריכה גדולה ומתוחזקת. חדר אוכל מרווח. נהננו מאד.
