Pros:

Excelente elección este appart hotel. Nos encantó todo. El apartamento era super amplio, cómodo, bien decorado y muy bien equipado. Las camas y almohadas de primera. El servicio del personal excelente, muy profesional, atento y cálido. La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos pasos de todo lo que hay que ver y disfrutar. El desayuno se lleva también un premio por la variedad y la calidad de los productos y servicios.

Pros:

We’ve stayed here a few times in the recent years. We love the location near the beach and town centre. The apartment is spacious and clean. All the staff are kind, professional and efficient. We look forward to staying here again.

LOCAL PERFEITO PARA ESTADIA EM TRAPANI MUITO CENTRAL
Pros:

Gostamos do pequeno almoço. Variedade, cuidado. Atenção ao Cliente.
As quantidades disponíveis eram razoáveis. Numa hora mais tardia tipo 9h , já quase não havia ovos mexidos e bacon, assim como algumas outras coisas como bolinhos, croissants, nunca vim um canolo.
espaço com perfeita localização, serviços disponíveis. o serviço de pedido de transfer impecável.
voltaríamos a ficar neste mesmo espaço.

Cons:

os custos das garrafas de agua no quarto ficou um pouco confuso, percebemos que era uma por pessoa, eram 3 pessoas e 4 noites. mas nada de grave.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, o atendimento excepcional. Ressalto a Mônica, que nos assessorou com muita eficiência e gentileza. As instalações muito boas. Quarto e banheiro amplos, muito confortáveis e limpos. Café da manhã com itens variados.

Cons:

No café da manhã poderiam oferecer sucos naturais. Outro ponto pagamentos mais caro porque o apartamento tinha balcão. Mas era tão pequenininho, cabia somente uma mesinha muito pequena e 2 cadeiras. Nem usamos o espaço. Acho que não justifica pagar mais por aquele espaço.

Great hotel in Trapani! Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great location. Central to everything in Trapani. Very nice, spacious rooms. Attentive staff. They have a parking attendant who you meet only 2 minutes away from the hotel who takes your car and parks it for you. Loved this about the hotel as the driving and parking can be quite stressful when having a car rental. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

No complaints truthfully. It was wonderful.

It was absolutely perfect.
Pros:

Perfect location in the centre of the old town. The hotel oozed calmness, serenity and class. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated it was so quiet. We also had the bonus of a private terrace which was stunning. Staff were so kind and helpful.

Have stayed here before and think it gets progressively worse / poorer value for money. Staff aren’t overly pleasant or helpful, theres no acknowledgement you’ve stayed before, the rooms are getting more dated. Overall, wouldn’t stay again.
