It was clean on the inside

Cons:

Beds were very hard , shower head kept popping off and very little water pressure , beds weren’t comfortable at all

Not a good experience!
Pros:

Fire alarm woke the entire hotel up and people were hollering that there was a fire and to run. Finally found out it was false alarm, but the alarms and strobe lights would not quit going off so we checked out so we could go get another room to catch up on our lost sleep. We were there Thursday, Friday checking out on Saturday. We asked Friday and Saturday to speak to a manager and they were off until Tuesday. I asked but did not get a refund for the last day. All I was offered was points. We will never go back. There was other problem during our stay, but the fire alarms were the last straw. I do not have videos andI am unable to download any videos that I have.
