We didn't eat breakfast there.
Location was good.
The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The toilet kept running. Walls were grungy with smudges on the walls and no wall decor. Entire room and bathroom would benefit from a paint refresh.
Pillows were short, not regular size.

Hampton suites. Loved it! Kingsize bed suite room was perfect for me and my daughter.
Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice. Felt safe. Reasonably priced. Nice lobby with coffee bar and a snack bar.
My family and I stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth Fossil Creek for 2 days and we were in absolute awe of how clean the hotel was, our room was very big and spacious, the pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after a long day, the breakfast was amazing, and all the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful (especially the woman with dark curly hair and glasses- I didn't catch her name but she was the absolute sweetest) The hotel was very clean and so comfortable. I will definitely be booking this hotel again for all of our future stays in Ft. Worth. All the staff was very nice. Keep up the excellent work everyone.
The hot tub had a smell to it but other than that the hotel was phenomenal for our family.

The location. It was convenient to places I needed to get to.
The room. The ac unit, specifically. I understand that the property is old and outdated, but being awakened each time the air comes on because the unit sounds like it's preparing for takeoff, is not ok.

Everything was fine except for the A/C unit in our room. None of the controls worked and you couldn’t change the temperature. We would have preferred it to be a little cooler but it wasn’t bad.
