It was convenient to other places, but I won't stay here again.

The location. It was convenient to places I needed to get to.

Cons:

The room. The ac unit, specifically. I understand that the property is old and outdated, but being awakened each time the air comes on because the unit sounds like it's preparing for takeoff, is not ok.

Everything was fine except for the A/C unit in our room. None of the controls worked and you couldn’t change the temperature. We would have preferred it to be a little cooler but it wasn’t bad.

The staff was amazing.

Our shower was broken had to use our neighbors. The air conditioner didn't work very well. The bed was hard as a rock.

Relaxing and enjoyable experience

We had a great stay at Hampton Inn. The property was very clean, and the pool and spa area were excellent—perfect for relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Paper thin walls. Guests above us were stomping, bouncing balls and running until 1am and the staff wouldn’t really do anything other than call and ask them to stop. There was no accountability
