I expected better.
Cons:

The room smelled like medicine for insects or something . It had a heavy smell. Also they had no cribs when I had requested in reservation. The bathroom was low quality.

The coffee at breakfast was very tasty and those ladies kept it fresh 👍

When you can’t take a good shower, the walls dirty, roaches, just a bad stay
Pros:

People were allowed to park under the canopy which made it difficult to pull up and drop people.

Cons:

My stay was awful, I left within 2 hours
Pros:

Honestly nothing

Cons:

The staff weren’t accommodating, the towels and bed were dirty, the ac unit leaked, the hallway’s were humid, the room smelt strong as if they were trying to hide an odor, the elevator shook, mold on the air vents and when we tried talking to the staff they were immediately defensive.

The bed was good, the hotel needs up keep.
Pros:

The bed waa comfortable

Cons:

The room had a bad smell, the carpets in hallway and room were stained . Breakfast was okay a bit chaotic the trash in all bins were over flowed and there was no cleaning in between to keep things organized. My bf and I started to clean a bit.

Just get a room in the beach
Pros:

The reason I booked was because it had a pool and free breakfast. Bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice

Cons:

I was on the 3rd floor and the whole floor smelled like mold. Room was clean but had the mold smell as well. , bathroom was clean but not as clean as should’ve been, there was someone else hair in the shower. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool bc it was always packed. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of choices. Pretty expensive room for what we got

The most perfect stay when you are away!
Pros:

I went down to get some coffee this morning and spoke to the receptionist and she was so very kind as always and went above and beyond. I needed to confirm that checkout was at 11am. She stated it was but as always went the extra mile and offered to give us an extra hour to stay to checkout. Making everything even more perfect than I could have imagined. Thank you for surpassing my expectations and always taking care of myself and my family. Your staff is the only and exact reasoning why I continue to book here every other weekend. I have spent thousands staying here. But it has always and will always be my number one choice. Always so clean, the room we get is always perfect, clean, well organized and prepared for us to sleep in comfortably and safely. Thank you again to such an amazing staff for being our guardian angels from above and always going the extra mile.

Cons:

I would nor could I ever say there was anything bad about staying here. Our stays are always perfect and we are always taken care of. The staff is always so patient and always goes above and beyond. Staying away from home is never fun and can put a strain on you mentally and physically. But when staying here it's like staying in our home away from home. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in need of somewhere to stay when you are away from home. You will definitely not regret that decision and will feel just at home as myself and family do when staying here.

This is definitely the place to stay if you are coming to Corpus Christi. I highly recommend staying here. Everything is always amazing and perfect. You will love it just as myself and my family have loved staying here. It's a home away from home.

The staff was so kind to my husband as always as well to myself and my babies. They allowed us to check in early so we didn't have to wait at all. If you need a place to stay while being in Corpus Christi, I highly recommend staying here. It's our home away from home and always so clean, well organized, the staff is always so kind and welcoming. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We are stuck coming to Corpus Christi every other weekend and I always book here because of how amazing it always is. We will continue to book and stay here because everyone is absolutely perfect. I never thought I would experience a situation that was perfect and thankfully God continues to bless my family and we have again found the perfect place to stay when we aren't able to stay at home. Thank you Comfort Inn and Suites for always taking such amazing care of myself and my family. It means the world to me.
