Accommodated all of my requests and make it a very smooth stay!
It was clean & housekeeping was regularly done
Very kid friendly if your traveling with a lot of family

The kitchen staff was horrible
Super tacky & unprofessional
Instead of approaching new comers with patience & respect they talk to you the opposite
Due to it being a holiday weekend, you would think they would be more understanding about a group of individuals coming as a family for breakfast & helping with setting arrangements or being okay with moving chairs & tables as long as they were put back but they were rude about everything & rushing family to finish at exactly the ending time instead of understanding how over crowed it was & being a little more patient

Pros:

Good breakfast

Cons:

Stood at front desk for 15 mins, before somebody came out from the back to check me in. The room was dirty. Floors sticky, not vacuumed. Hair in the shower. Broken shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Pros:

It was clean, beds were comfy, for breakfast, food was decent, most staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close to so many things to do with family.

Cons:

Some of the staff that served breakfast were rude, giving people dirty looks while we all tried to get breakfast for us and family members.

It was okay
Pros:

I liked how friendly the staff was

Cons:

The rooms smelled like cigarettes even though we got a non smoking room. The rooms were also a bit rundown compared to photos. The ac did not work well at all. We were hot all night and even came back to a puddle of water near the ac. Staff didn’t do anything about that, definitely would have liked a partial refund for the inconvenience.
