Étape dans un hôtel de charme comme on aime en trouver en Italie
Pros:

Hôtel de charme parfait pour une étape agréable Chambre confortable et calme superbe piscine petit déjeuner complet servi dans une très belle salle

Cons:

Petite déception de voir que le restaurant n était pas ouvert le soir mais uniquement pour le déjeuner

l'hôtel se trouvant sur la route, il faut impérativement une voiture

personnel très aimable

Cons:

Robitterie très ancienne et fonctionne mal, l'éloignement de l'hotel nous a obligé à louer une voiture
dans l'ensemble le personnel est très aimable, nous n'avons pas trop apprécié la commande du petit déjeuner à commander par QR qui ne fonctionnait pas

Soddisfacente ma non all’altezza di un 4 stelle superior come indicato su Booking.
Pros:

Colazione soddisfacente ma un solo cameriere non era in grado di soddisfare tutti gli ospiti, spesso era impegnato in altri lavori e non era presente in sala. Comunque cortese e disponibile, ma si notava il sotto organico.

Zwembad was in orde, ruim in verhouding tot omvang hotel.

Cons:

Ontvangst was beneden alle peil. We waren te vroeg (zodat de kamer mog niet beschikbaar was- wat logisch is. We lieten onze bagage achter. Bij onze terugkeer na 15u, moesten we zeer lang wachten tot er iemand opdaagde aan de receptie. Hij wees ons de bagage (die dus nog niet naar de kamer was gebracht) en vertrok zo snel dat we niet de tijd hadden om ons te realiseren dat we nog geen sleutelkaart hadden. op het indrukken van het belletje op de receptie kwam geen reactie zodat we op zoek moesten naar de receptionist. Uiteindelijk, na tussenkomst van de tuinman, vonden we hem achteraan, bij de bar van het zwembad (waar verder niemand was). Vreselijk kortaf werd on de sleutelkaart gegeven, de kamer getoond. we kregen geen uitleg over uren en plaats ontbijt, check-out etc. Het restaurant was 's avonds gesloten, het zwembad op maandag. het hotel ligt ion een industriezone. op de parking op of af te rijden moet een gevaarlijke baan zonder zichtbaarheid getrotseerd worden. De ligging is te omschrijven als het hol van Pluto. In de buurt zijn geen faciliteiten. De spoorlijn loopt langs het domein.
