Pěkný hotel na výborném místě, kousek na lanovky. Velké parkoviště, hezký wellness. Velmi vstřícný a ochotný personál hotelu. Byli jsme spokojeni. Jídlo nám chutnalo a měli jsme štěstí, že jsme trefili pobyt na jednu noc mezi dvěma soukromými akcemi, takže byl hotel skoro prázdný, při večeři jsme měli bar jen pro sebe a soukromého číšníka :-) To se jen tak nestává, takže to bylo opravdu výjimečné!
Pekné prostredie a príroda, ale za mňa daná lokalita príliš na tesno zastavaná početnými hotelmi, príroda akoby bola už úplne v úzadí, čo je veľká škoda.
Nedostatočne uprataný apartmán, chýbali baterky v diaľkovom ovládači, hlučná chladnička, nepohodlné, neforemné vankúše, vysoká cena ubytovania a jedla, pričom strava - za mňa priemer, jedlá často bez dochutenia, posledný deň pobytu nadmerný počet ľudí v reštaurácii, neboli miesta na sedenie a prestieranie.

czystość w pokojach średnia, to obiekt nie najnowszy i to widać
strefa SPA bywa zapełniona, ale każdy znajdzie swój czas
jedzenie niby z wyborem ale dość średnie (trochę jak w ośrodku wypoczynkowym)

Nutná investícia do lyžiareň a posteli.
Do Hotelu a na místa se nevracíme, ovšem tohle je výjimka. Tady je vše dokonale, místo, vybavení, welnes, lyže, jídlo. Neni na co si stěžovat. Jen možná v sezoně by cena mohla být přívětivější
V 11 hodin večer si nějaký blbec zákazník zapálil na pokoji cigaretu a nas kvůli tomu celý hotel evakuovali. Žádná omluva, žadné vyjádření, nic, nevěděli jsme co se děje. Při takovém počtu klientů bych očekával, profesionalitu. Nedokážu si to představit kdyby se fakt dělo něco vážného.
