Das Einfahrts- Ausfahrtstor mit einer Klinge, kein Portier, ist immer geschlossen, ich wusste nicht gleich wie was funktioniert somit fühlt man sich nicht willkommen. Zimmerbetten zu hart, wenig Platz im Eingangsbereich, wenn 2 Kinderbetten dort stehen. Nur 1 Zimmerkarte. Essen war immer wieder OK jedoch nicht überragend, besonders gestört haben mich viele Mücken auf den Schokokuchen mit Früchten die nicht abgedeckt waren, man hat es aber nicht wirklich beachtet oder als tragisch empfunden.

The approach to the parking - it was on the back side of the (rather large) resort, and the last 50m of the approach were full of potholes - it's a minor issue but it can be easily fixed. Also, the resort is large and relatively old so it shows on walls and doors/windows but it is very clean and well maintained.

Das Badezimmer hat einen komischen Geruch verströmt. Beim Frühstück gab es für die Getränkeautomaten lediglich Pappbecher. Ganz rollstuhlgerecht - wie beschrieben - sind die Wohneinheiten nicht, wir hatten 2 Stufen, um in den Bungalow zu gelangen. Für uns entspricht die Anlage keinem 4 Sterne Hotel.

Parcheggio a distanza siderale dalla struttura , strada di accesso al parcheggio in pessime condizioni, cartelli indicanti la Hall non visibili al buio , dal parcheggio alla camera bagagli (anche pesanti) trasportati a mano, non riesco ad immaginare come raggiungere il parcheggio o viceversa in caso di pioggia o maltempo in generale, c'è anche il rischio concreto di alloggiare in camere fuori dal corpo centrale

Hotel cercano a la costa pero sin vistas. Cena buffet con pocas opciones, especialmente en los platos calientes y para quienes tienen problemas digestivos.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, rien autour à faire sans voiture. Accès à la plage fermé. Propreté à revoir dans la chambre, matériel de douche mal accroché, moisi,....
Personnel pas très agréable.
Bref c'est loin d'être un 4 étoiles et le prix bien trop cher, nous sommes actuellement dans un 3 étoiles à 40 km et c'est beaucoup plus confortable et le personnel avenant pour 2 fois moins cher.

Mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain. Siphons défectueux ?

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gross, aber die Qualität nicht überzeugend. Generell wären div. Erneuerungen nötig und das Flair fehlt.

The hotel is not a 4 start hotel! The property, the rooms, the breakfast area was very outdated. The room we got first was not the room we booked. We finally got to change to a different room a day after, but the room was not much better. The smell of sewage from the bathroom was incredibly strong, every handle in the bathroom was broken, the shower handle was broken off. Mold was in several places in the shower. We had booked room for 4 people (2 kids and 2 adults) yet only got 3 towels every day, despite asking at reception for another one. Same goes for a fixed bed. The room don't have cups, glasses, tea pot of a coffee machine, nothing that a normal 4 star hotel would be expected to have. There were only two beds fixed with bed sheets, not three as requested. We had breakfast included, and it was very poor quality: overcooked or tasteless eggs and bacon. There was no porridge for kids, the one yogurt from machine had strange flavor. The power went out three times while we were in the hotel and with electric keys to rooms we couldn't access the rooms. The pool was freezing cold, not possible for kids to swim. A lost of places on the property were closed (either due to end of season or generally because only parts of property are running). The hotel had a high standart probably over 20-30 years ago or more, but so little has been done for maintaining it, that it all was outdated, broken or not working. The hotel has a lot of 'services' to gain the 4 stars, but an old golf cart that drives your luggage to your room on the other side of the property doesn't make it to be a 4 star hotel. No connection with the city nearby. Taxi is extremely expensive. Only 2-3 restaurants open in the area for lunch and dinner for end of season at the beginning of October.
I would not recommend the hotel, especially with kids.

Als je aankomt met je auto (overigens een must daar) gaat de deur niet open en het staat een QR code met de aanwijzingen naar de P (Uhmm ???). Je moet dus terug en je rijdt via omgangbare en met vol gaten wegen en zonder geen enkele aanwijzing of borden dan je Google maps naar een locatie waar je de auto dus blijkbaar moet parkeren. Je rijdt daadwerkelijk 5/6 minuten om je auto te parkeren en vervolgens weet je niet waar het hotel staat. Er loopt ook vrijwel niemand en het terrein is leeg en gesloten maar gelukkig wel een person die zei dat de auto idd daar moest blijven en lopen naar beneden naar het hotel. Ik heb het gemeten en er zijn 350 meter naar de receptie. Wij kunnen goed lopen maar oudere mensen of met kinderen en de koffers is dit niet fraai en helemaal als het regent of zo. Dat staat echter niet op de omschrijving van het hotel. En toen wij terug waren de volgende ochtend er lagen druppels lijm op de auto ook nog! Iemand vindt het blijkbaar niet fijn dat de autos daar staan? De locatie is verder mooi maar wel ver van Monopoli stadje en zeker als je in de avond met de je auto terug moet komen langs overigens ook onverlichte paden naar het parkeerterrein. Alleen hierdoor zou ik het niet aanraden en niet terug komen.

Chambre exigue. Cabine de douche qui est la plus petite que je n ai utilisée .completement inadaptée à la plupart des morphologies.jamais vu cela.le vendredi, discothèque juste à côté de notre chambre jusqu'à 23h. Impossible de s endormir .....
