Our room was lovely and right near the pool with a great view. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They thankfully left bottles of water in the fridge which was much appreciated. Thank you.
No entertainment/the wifi kept dropping out/no one gave us information as to what was available for the week ahead, when i finally got on the wifi, i found out for myself/there is no "shuttle" just one man transporting everyone/there was no microwave in the room so there was no way heat any left over takeaway(not one listed)/our sliding door had no lock so had to be fixed the next day following arrival/there was no amretto/gin/tequila all week so i was limited to the cocktails that i could have (although i was made an ok mix of vodka and passion fruit and prosecco/there was only one hanging rack in the bathroom and that was alongside the towel rail so everything had to hang together/there was no hanging rack outside the room to dry my swimsuit and towel/the maid unfortunately threw away our plastic cutlery which were going to use again so we left them on the drinks tray and also she mixed up our towels and folded them very nicely under the sink so we did not know whose towel was whose?!she kept replacing the tea but not the coffee?/we went down for breakfast at about 09.30am and the pictures on the internet are dated so it was NOTHING like on there! the hot food was "chicken sausages", baked beans (which were dry), scrambled eggs, green beans, smoked herring and cold coconut bake. there was also cobs and cereal/the music and tv choice in the cafe were limited and when we asked for it to be changed to soca (which was what we went for) the young staff member put on a Jamaican reggae album....and the tv was only the internet and so we watched a young mother of 2 from china taking her fish to market and selling it!??? (it was kind of ok but surely the you tube clips of tobago would have been better to watch?)
Staff are excellent, accommodation is spacious, beds enormous, food very good, private beach a treat and pools refreshing

Location.
Loss of water. Not the hotels fault, but an inconvenience nonetheless.
Food and beverages were really good quality and the staff were excellent and very attentive and friendly
The beds were a little hard and there isn't easy access to the beach as you have to walk to and down many stairs
Staff, scenery and location.
Loss of water for a 2 day period.
To be fair, the conservation of water by WASA affected ALL hotels and B&B's island wide, and not just The Baccolet Beach Club Hotel. The Water And Sewage Authorities (WASA) try to ensure that the supply of this precious commodity is managed effectively during the dry season, and moderate both supply and usage.
The beach bar
The breakfast menu was limited. No fruit avaliable for breakfast. There wasn’t many chicken options in the linch and dinner menu .
Location is perfect
The bathroom had a bad smell
Hotel grounds vegetation and beach cove made one feel so in touch with nature.
Trying to get a restaurant staff for assistance.
Výhodou je pěkná malá pláž hned u hotelu a také bazény.
Otevřená koupelna v rámci pokoje nenabízí dostatek soukromí.
Beach Front, peaceful.
Meals should automatically be included for price.
