A Memorable Stay Experience at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel

I had the opportunity to experience a stay at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, and it became one of the most memorable parts of my Chiang Mai trip.

I stayed in the Executive Suite, and I was impressed by the spacious layout, elegant design, and beautiful views overlooking Chiang Mai city. The separate bedroom and living area provided plenty of space to relax, and the large bathtub with a view was one of my favorite features of the room.

The hotel also offers a wide range of facilities to enjoy throughout the stay. The outdoor swimming pool provides a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views toward Doi Suthep, and the kids pool and Chang Kids Room make it a great choice for families traveling with children.

I especially enjoyed visiting The Wang Bar, which offers a unique experience with a private golf simulator, karaoke room, outdoor terrace, and signature cocktails. It was a wonderful place to spend the evening after exploring Chiang Mai.

What made the stay even more enjoyable was the thoughtful service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making the entire experience comfortable and pleasant.

Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel is more than just a place to stay — it is a destination where guests can relax, enjoy great dining, and experience various activities without leaving the hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Chiang Mai. I hope to visit again on my next trip.

Sip n Savor at The Wang Bar, located on the 3rd floor of Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, is a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere is relaxing, stylish, and comfortable—ideal for enjoying a laid-back evening with friends or loved ones.

One of the highlights is the 2-hour free-flow package (6:00–8:00 PM), which comes with delicious canapés, making it excellent value for a relaxing night out. The staffs (JJ, Few, Sky) are exceptionally attentive, friendly, and genuinely care about ensuring every guest has a great experience.

With its cozy ambiance, quality drinks, tasty bites, and outstanding service, Sip n Savor is definitely a place worth visiting if you’re looking for a casual yet sophisticated evening in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!

My experience at Chiang Mai Marriott was absolutely spectacular!! The ambience was breathtaking. I enjoyed my bartenders at “The Gaj Bar” they were so sweet, attentive, welcoming and kind . Guy & Thee made my experience well over a 10/10. I didn’t have to tell them my order by day two , they were on it . I will be back for sure !!

It was so nice staying here.Both the food and the service was top tier. The waiters and waitresses were so helpful and kind, especially Balloon and Meena, they were both so kind. They work very efficiently while still being helpful and caring! It’s amazing! They explained different areas of cuisines and types of dishes there are, they made it very easy to understand. Plus, they both have excellent English! They asked us about our food and about our experience. They gave us such a pleasant experience and we are looking forward to stay here again. It was amazing!

We had a wonderful time at the Chiang Mai Marriott’s ground floor cafe. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, but what truly made our visit stand out was the incredible service.

A special thank you to Ballon and Meena! They were both exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Their genuine smiles and thoughtful care made us feel welcome right away.

Had a wonderful last night at Favola.

I had gone with my parents and my teenage son and we are vegetarians.

Great options there for us with amazing recommendations made by our server Mix. Food was wonderful and the desserts were also really nice.

Everyone there was super kind. A great way to end our stay in Chiang Mai.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel! My husband and I had a couples massage by Zee and Ging that was amazing!! Would highly recommend!!

The service from the front door to the room is excellent. The staff gives extra care to each and every guest. Balloon gave extra care to my family during breakfast. She made every morning a special experience.

Very nice stay at the Marriott hotel. Clean room, comfortable and staff very attentive and helpful. Housekeeping was very good and addressed all our requests. Tv has lots of channels some in English. The fitness room is well equipped treadmills, bicycle free weights machines cables. and hidden away is a sauna.
Area around has a night market in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants in the area.
However, it's bit pricey.

Amazing service. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and spoke excellent English. Friendly service; I will definitely return. Bartender Job Nurse went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Friday dinner buffet, Pla and Balloon was a excellent service and we enjoyed dining in here and the food is amazing and fresh.

Great buffet in Chiangmai. Dinner buffet 's just on the 1st and 3rd friday of each month. Recommend to book in advance.

This is a very decent property, but luxury it is not. The warm, likeable staff is a major positive. The M Club and its attentive staff are a big attribute.
A major issue is the extremely slow internet which actually seems to quit entirely from time to time. The water temperature, even when carefully adjusted, changes in an instant to scalding or full cold. I thought perhaps this was limited to our room, but I encountered the same problem at the fitness center. While the M Club could be spectacular, it was often totally packed in the evening social hour. Could all those people possibly be guests? Regardless, hardly a calm atmosphere.
