Large, busy, fairly central & convenient although very hot walking anywhere. Great restaurants onsite !!
Exec level top floor lounge & bar was FULL & busy including lots of children, which isn’t appropriate in our view. Hence disappointing& not the ‘exclusive’ adult retreat most are setup as !!

This is one of the best in terms of executive lounge service . Good service from the staff there too . The good was good . The mountain view was fantastic .
Enjoyed a lot of. Inside Chiang Mai night bazaar so is in good shopping location with lots of food , shopping and local massage chain

Hotel ( Chiang Mai Marriot) is pretty, well decorated, rooms are also newly decorated in fusion of modern and Thai. Spa was great. Zen atmosphere , beautifully designed with welcoming staff. Katay was amazing - I chose The Bliss which was combination of massage and hot stonez with aromatherapy oil of my choice. My daughters enjoyed their massages with Joan and Givg. As well. Thank you team!

Whenever I’m in Chiang Mai, I come to GAJ at Chiang Mai Marriott for breakfast almost every day. One of the things I especially appreciate is that breakfast is served until 11:00 a.m., which perfectly suits my daily routine, as I usually have my first meal between 11:00 a.m. and noon.
The food is consistently fresh, with a great selection, and the atmosphere is always comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you to PLA, who is exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. PLA remembers my preferences, notices the small details, and always makes sure everything is taken care of without being intrusive.
The convenient hours and PLA’s warm, professional service are the main reasons GAJ has become my regular breakfast place whenever I’m in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!
This was our family first trip to Chiang Mai, and our stay at the Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel made it an absolute trip of a lifetime!
From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality were exceptional. General Manager Mr. Chatterjee and Mr. Kuldeep gave us the best first impression, and Mr. Noc welcomed us with such a bright, genuine smile that it instantly set a great mood for our trip. The lobby also had a crisp, wonderful scent that made walking in a delight every time.
Despite our late-night check-in, Ms. Cartoon gave us a warm "Big Welcome" and kindly explained the local attractions around the hotel. Upon entering our room, we found the extra bed already set up perfectly, and the room condition was flawless.
Breakfast was simply outstanding. Even during busy hours, the staff proactively offered coffee and tea. The bakery selection was extensive, the salads were remarkably fresh, and egg dishes were made quickly to order.
We were also deeply impressed by the housekeeping team. Whenever we met them in the hallway, they always greeted us first and politely stepped aside to let us pass such exceptional manners! Up on the 4th floor Pool House, the team was incredibly patient and kind, even when we asked to change our seats multiple times. They made pleasant small talk with us, and although I couldn't remember their names, their kindness truly stood out.
Last but not least, Quan Spa was pure luxury and cleanliness. My husband and I had the ultimate healing experience. Special thanks to Zee and Katay for the wonderful service!

Great hotel, very nice service. Good location just outside the old town.
Clean and well sized rooms, we got three in the same floor as traveling with our teenagers.
Also compliments for the spa! We had a facial and body massage with Zee and Jiab and they were absolutely amazing. Very professional.
At the days we were there and enjoying the swimming pool in the afternoon it was rather crowded with kids. Still good atmosphere and nice to spend some time at the pool house and read a book.
