It was a manly experience
Pros:

It was delightful! A new take on a boutique hotel. I loved the spaciousness of the room, the murals on the walls, and the spa tub. The decor was dark, in black and browns.

Cons:

During the check-in, the attendant was very unpleasant and sarcastic in answering our questions about parking and places to eat and chill. Foreign visitors are people unfamiliar with the local area. Being kind and patient is the minimum requirement to work at a hotel counter. For the first time in my Booking.com experience, I was not welcomed by a hotel staff member.

When going for Harley Davidson Museum it's a must.
Pros:

Large and stylish room, warm and welcome service, especially in the restaurant.
The Premium Loft provided a perfect view to downtown and the Harley Davidson Museum.

Cons:

For a $500 hotel stay in Milwaukee it should be exceptional. Missing supplies from shower in my room. Person serving our table was pleasant, but food was average. The person checking me out after my one night stay was rude and unhelpful. I may have stayed on one night, but others in our group were staying longer. My simple request for a receipt was “declined” saying I booked thru a third party implying “too bad” that’s what you get by booking through a third party! No way to treat customers. I will not stay there again.
