Disappointing.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, shower great.

Cons:

TV did not work. Generator outside started loudly at 8pm and ran until 11.30pm, unable to sleep or relax. When calling the desk, just reached someone in another city who could not help at all. No-one could help with the TV.

Good value central Auckland stay.
Pros:

I made a last minute trip to Auckland and didn't want to spend too much - so this was definitely the best value for money that was available. The rooms are more than adequate - comfortable bed, nice and light if you pull back the curtains, small table and chair to work at, and small kitchenette. Bathroom is functional and light.

Cons:

When I realised I had to pay $30 extra for a carpark I was a bit miffed about that! $20/$25 was more what I was expecting.

Excellent experience all round
Pros:

everything. I was surprised by the quality of the room and the price. Loved the location

Cons:

Remove smell of fragrance in the lobby. Replace with a spa smell would be better

Convenient but not that comfortable for the cost.
Pros:

Located right on Ponsonby Road, handy to shops, cafes and bars.

Cons:

Heating was erratic, varied from hot to cold within short period of time. Lots of condensation on the windows.
Parking was expensive.
Room spacious but poorly laid out, no TV in bedroom, kitchenette in the middle, bathroom small.
