I’d say it’s a good place to stay in terms of price-quality ratio
Pros:

It’s very easy to reach from the main station by foot. Easy to access everything with your phone. The staff is nice. I really liked how dark the curtains were and the a/c was working good (even tho it looked dirty and was pretty loud). The room itself was clean and each room has a coffee machine what was really nice for the morning.

Cons:

It’s a noisy street itself even at night and for the first night sb was listening for music pretty loud at 2am, but at 6am the person staying above started to move a chair every 10min.. area is nice, because it’s literally few minutes from the main station, but terrible because of homeless people around, you can feel unsafe at later hours.
