Pros:

Amplitud aceptable de la habitación.

Cons:

No funciona el aire acondicionado y hacía demasiado calor. El barrio se sentía inseguro, por los numerosos indigentes y maleantes que merodean por la zona.

Not going to book this place again.

Only thing I like about the place is the fresh towels and bedding.

Cons:

In our case AC was not working so the host compensated us with a x percent refund but this was not enough for us as we stayed there for one night to relax before we continue our journey back to home to Netherlands from Switzerland by car, we could not sleep well. It was a hot day - 30 degree Celsius so we had to keep our window open which makes our night terrible - mosquitoes bite everywhere and people chatting outside on Saturday night .

Cons:

The room listing stated that air conditioning was available, but the air conditioner in my room was not working. During the summer, the room became extremely hot and uncomfortable. I reported the issue to customer service, but the response was not satisfactory. Instead of fixing the air conditioner or offering another room, they only provided a fan. This did not solve the problem. I am very disappointed because air conditioning was one of the reasons I chose this accommodation. The service and handling of the issue did not meet my expectations.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war außer Funktion, und die Temperatur in Frankfurt betrug etwa 30 °C. Ich habe telefonisch mit dem Kundendienst darüber korrespondiert, aber die einzige Information, die ich erhielt, war, dass die Klimaanlage defekt ist. Hätte ich dies früher gewusst, hätte ich meine Buchung storniert. Um Schlaf finden zu können, habe ich die Fenster geöffnet und musste infolgedessen die Geräusche der Lüftungsrohre die gesamte Nacht über aushalten. Das war eine unerfreuliche Erfahrung...

The air conditioning is not work and they not care about that just said they will send someone to check it and they didn't send any one!!! Why they don't tell me before that

Pros:

The accommodation was clean, it was easy to find and the check in system was very pleasant to use.

Cons:

The location is a bit sketchy. There are a lot of homeless people and drug addicts around there, although I wouldn't say it's necessarily dangerous because most of them are not hostile an, but they may try to beg you for money. Also the accommodation is on a big street, so there are a lot of people there even at night.
