Well, nothing really but average at best. Had to ask for towels, since only two were supplied in the room even though we checked in as a party of four. No problem, but the staff seemed inconvenienced and the towels were not even dry? Nothing special about the room, but not sure it was truly clean either. The striker plate on the door was loose yet I could make it work, but still. It was a hot day when we arrived and the seemly small elevator reminded you of that. The breakfast was fine, but the oversized closet used for the seating area is entirely to small. Our party of four had to go in shifts to use a table for two. At best the staff seem disinterested in being there.
My room was fine - bed was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was fair...could use more warmth and inviting set up. Seemed a bit sterile. You should have a staff person greeting a good morning or something....
Little more attention to the tables outside the pool area making a bit more inviting. Maybe add a couple of corn hole games or something...little things can go a long way.
The absolute Worst staff I've encountered. The "breakfast" was awful. Will never stay or recommend this location.
Bed was comfortable
Bathroom floor sticky....no breakfast staff...floors throughout hotel needed vacuuming ....never saw a chamber maid...garbage outside was over flowing...elevator needed vacuuming...when someone went to ring the bell to tell them there was no more juices at breakfast they were told "I'll make a note of that" ....ppl we met said they're mattress looked like it was burned around the edges..... maybe to burn bedbugs? Don't know! But we will not be staying there again!
It was comfortable for one night. The room fit three adults and an infant. The pool access was great and everything seemed clean.
The breakfast was disappointing, there weren’t many options and most of it tasted bad or was over cooked from sitting in steamers all morning. The shower bottom didn’t have a mat which made it slippery when taking a shower. My older grandmother really struggled with that.
A short drive to the wedding venue. Conveniently located and only required about a 10 minute drive to all the shops, stores and food.
I wasn’t a fan of how my room key was not working half the time to get in and when I tried to call the front desk, it took them almost 10 minutes just to walk over. The guy behind the desk looked like he had just woken up like I had disturbed him from a nap. The shower curtain in the bathroom barely covered the tub, so whenever I took a shower, the entire bathroom was completely soaked. It smelled faintly of cat pee in my room, but it was very clean which was confusing.
The bed was very comfortable
The rum was dirty. There was no shampoo only 2 conditioners. Breakfast was not edible.
Location for the beach
Our bathroom was dirty, the door would close properly and the pool was dirty.
Stayed 4th of July weekend. Rooms are cheap for a reason. Outside and lobby was clean. Rooms are different story. Don’t think the sheets were change out from previous guest since there was a big stain on the sheet which we didn’t see til day of check out. Shower curtain rod was falling so you couldn’t even shut the curtain (probably so they can watch you from in back of bathroom mirror)….. never anyone at front desk…. Because they are watching cameras from the back office to the rooms. Breakfast was disgusting. They are not welcoming at all.
Location
Customer service non existent. Almost everything had run out for breakfast. Delivery boxes were stacked in the middle of aisle. Opened a couple so could have something to eat. No one was working the breakfast.
Hardly ever anyone at the front desk except in the evenings when ?friends? hung out with the manager.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY! We booked two rooms (through Priceline) for our extended family and when we arrived the lobby smelled terribly of chemicals, the rest of the hotel smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, and the bedding where my children were to sleep was filthy and stained. We immediately gathered our things and went down to the lobby to bring this to the attention of the front desk and request a refund. The employee told me it was ”wasn’t his problem” and to take it up with Priceline for a refund. We left the hotel and spoke with Priceline who called the manager of the hotel to request the refund who told Priceline that we need to “prove it” and that they wouldn’t be allowing a refund. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Priceline and Choice Hotels consumer affairs with no resolution. Stay far far away from this hotel and from Comfort Inns and Priceline.
Very clean nice rooms
Breakfast was ok. Could have been a few more options.
