Perfect location for our first time in Vienna.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the heart of Vienna. We had the best Vienna eggs Benedict for breakfast! We were only here for 2 nights before our train to Prague but I would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful staff, comfortable stay with lots of room for improvement.
Pros:

The staff are a delight. The rooms are nice and spacious. The location is very central.

Cons:

The interior décor and furnishings are outdated and no longer reflect the standard expected of a luxury hotel. A thoughtful renovation would significantly enhance the guest experience.
