Nice facilities and rooms.
Extra charges added on all the time, for swimming pool and spa even though you had paid to stay at the hotel. As well as parking charges.

Very comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff on check-in and check-out.
Wifi was patchy. I was trying to work in the evening and it kept dropping out. When I contacted the web chat, it - ironically - kept dropping out so I couldn't find out about better Wifi options. A bit frustrating and worth noting if you're booking and planning to work from the hotel. Some colleagues who also stayed at the hotel had no issues with Wifi so it would be worth requesting a room with strong Wifi.

Room was comfortable and nice and staff very friendly on arrival. Room service was also great.
Don’t come if you’re expecting a reasonable start time in the morning on a weekend - the gym and pool don’t open until 7am and breakfast doesn’t start until 8! Unfortunately that meant my plans to work out and have breakfast before my 8am meeting in Harrow were totally scuppered and I probably wouldn’t have booked if I’d known that. Car park was also ridiculously loud with boy racers going up and down outside late in the evening. That’s the problem with having a sports bar downstairs I suppose…
