Located perfectly for a tip to Wembley Stadium
Location was good to where we needed to be
There were major works going on and was producing dust and debris which we were not made aware of and if we knew it was happening, would not have chosen to stay there.
When using the facilities (pool area), there was constant noise, and the male changing rooms were out of order, some people were changing in the corridor and temporary changing areas. Very poor
Excellent service and friendly staff from the check in to the gym staff and in particular Shelly in the bar and grill. The team did everything to cater to my requests and acted swiftly and with a smile

We held our school Prom at the venue and have done so for some years. The team was responsive and professional, working to provide an experience that suited our needs. I enjoyed working alongside them - Joanna and Reshad were great, a huge thank you to them for making the night so good. Our students loved it. I would recommend them to any other school looking to have their Prom there.

The location was good as we were there for the Harry Potter studios and was not too far. The breakfast was good. Nice poached eggs.
There was some building/renovations being done around the pool changing rooms.

Air conditioning wasn’t working was hot night
Booked a ‘family room’ arrived to a double bed, along with a stained mattress on the floor for our 4 year old. Room was also incredibly dusty everywhere. Grey headboard had stains on several places. Felt generally unclean in all areas of the room. Only stayed for one night and glad it wasn’t any longer. Overall would not recommend and unfortunately will not return.
We visited for a business lunch as a group of seven and had a fantastic experience.
Karen looked after us from start to finish and was absolutely brilliant. She was warm, welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure everyone in our group had everything they needed. Her service was efficient without ever feeling rushed, and she really helped create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
The food was great, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. A big thank you to Karen for making our lunch so enjoyable. She's a real credit to the team, and we'll definitely be back.

Atmosphere was nice, rooms are
Really basic, nowhere to sit . Rooms not cleaned till later after complaining. Hardly anything vegetarian food on offer . It was ok. But not worth the money.
Very good service provided by Maria through our stay! Will definitely come back!

As a member of VWorks since it opened, I just want to say how helpful and friendly Joanna is. Nothing is too much trouble and it is a joy to work here when you have such a wonderful representative of the time on site to help with any small niggles that occur from time to time. VWorks remains a great place to work and there is nowhere locally quite like it

I booked stay their I went their and checked out the room but didn’t liked so asked for refund which they didn’t issue it at last they need to look after their customers but they only they care it’s just money
