From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a lovely young lady (didn’t get her name but think Romanian) who guided me through the check in process. She is amazing and warm and really makes it feel unique. Well done. Room was great. Bed was comfy. Thank you for looking after us. We will stay again.
Was not told that the sauna was closed and food was overly priced and disgusting

Comfortable beds
I had booked 2 rooms; a family and and a double. I asked if in the family a cot and sofa bed would fit, j was told it wouldn't be permitted because it wouldn't fit. In the end, we asked housekeeping and they were happy to put both.
Also, having assumed both cot and sofa bed wouldn't fit, I asked for the family room to have a single bed and the double room to have a cot.
When we arrived both rooms had cots.
It was frustrating that the kitchen services couldn't heat baby milk In a baby bottle.
Not enough storage room in bedrooms for clothes. Very minimalistic

I have been unable to get a receipt / proof of payment for my accounts department because I don't have the co formation number. I have proof of identity, company, credit card, name of our guest and date. But been told they can't provide me with some record of my payment!
