Perfect base for a trip to Wembley!
Pros:

Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice comfortable rooms. Free parking.

Comfortable but had its hiccups. Wouldn’t pay full price.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and nice and staff very friendly on arrival. Room service was also great.

Cons:

Don’t come if you’re expecting a reasonable start time in the morning on a weekend - the gym and pool don’t open until 7am and breakfast doesn’t start until 8! Unfortunately that meant my plans to work out and have breakfast before my 8am meeting in Harrow were totally scuppered and I probably wouldn’t have booked if I’d known that. Car park was also ridiculously loud with boy racers going up and down outside late in the evening. That’s the problem with having a sports bar downstairs I suppose…

Great place for a quick stay ,door and drinks ware great and staff spot on
Pros:

Location was perfect ,the bar was fantastic ,staff were very friendly and chatty

Cons:

Blinds in the room ,they let the sun shine through onto ya face in bed ,shower tray was a bit grubby .

Absolutely appalled
Pros:

our rooms were given to someone else. Had to go to another hotel at 10pm

The fact we had no where to stay middle of London
Emailed the hotel to ask what happened, no reply or response, nothing.......

ok for an overnight stay if you're enroute somewhere.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. There was a tea tray in the room. Self service checking was fine if you like that. Staff happy just a shame I wasn't!

Cons:

The room was depressing - painted in grey and duck egg blue with black paneling. The 'view' from the window was of a flat roof concrete area which was scruffy and unpleasant. The black blackout blind added to the gloom.
