1. Доступ к отелю. Он находится на втором этаже. Коридор ведущий к нему пах сыростью и был обшарпанный.
2. Номер не соответствовал фотографиям.

Fantastic hotel to stay at if you want to visit the main Rome attractions within walking distance
Pros:

Location to the central attractions of Rome is excellent. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Hotel was clean and really comfortable to stay at. Highly recommend it.

Encontrar el hotel es complicado porque no tiene ningún rótulo que lo sitúe. Además, para personas con discapacidad de movimiento no es fácil el acceso.

Un lugar muy cálido para una estadía en Roma, ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo, desayuno exquisito y con mucho detalle, decoración finísima, personal más de 10 puntos. Me encantó hospedarme ahí desde el 20 al 24 de julio de 2026. Volvería siempre !

Beautiful breakfast hotel
Pros:

This sweet hotel was a highlight of our trip in Rome. We were really looking for some place in Rome that would be safe and clean for our family, but we got so much more. The atmosphere was classic and artistic, with bold colors and beautiful carved wooden furniture. The breakfast area had a lingering aroma of coffee and chocolate that I wish I had some way to imitate in my own home. The man at the front desk was professional and kind to my children. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location and great service, you won't regret this choice
Pros:

This was the ideal location - everything is walking distance away, from 5 to 30min - the Colosseum, Trastevere, Pantheon, Trevi, the Vatican. Great shopping street starting from that square. And reasonably quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They have 24/7 reception. The breakfast is good value and has enough options for most tastes. We also had complimentary water, a soft drink (refilled once) and a beer in the fridge. Air conditioning worked well

Cons:

Nothing really. Would be nice to have a shampoo and conditioner separate from the shower gel, but not a big deal to pick one from the pharmacy.
