Третій рік поспіль відпочивали в готелі Істра Плава Лагуна. Щоразу насолоджуємося комфортними умовами проживання, професійністю та доброзичливістю працівників готелю. Однозначно рекомендуємо цей готель для чудового відпочинку в Хорватії.

Lokalizacja b.dobra , śniadania i kolacje także dobre , super że można zjeść na zewnętrznym tarasie z widokiem. Jesli chodzi o sam pokój to był on wystarczający , na plus wygodny balkon.

Cons:

Hotel nie jest dostosowany o osób które mają problemy z poruszaniem , wiele schodów (zewnętrzne schody ruchome także nie działały w pierwszych dniach po przyjeździe) . Nawet aby schować w rower w pomieszczeniu do tego przeznaczonym też trzeba go było dźwigać po schodach. Łazienka b.mała , ciasna i niewygodna!

Treppenhotel mit lauwarmen Essen und schlechten Matratzen
Pros:

Man weiß nicht wie man dieses Treppenhotel bewerten soll, man sollte keine Probleme beim Treppensteigen haben, egal ob es zur Rezeption, Zimmer oder zum Speisesaal geh, man steigt unzählige Treppen den ganzen Tag. Die Rolltreppe funktionierte nach einer Reparatur am 2 Tag wieder. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber der Lärm durch was auch immer die ganze Nacht gebrummt hat war nicht angenehmen, bei offenen Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen. Verhungern wird keiner aber jeden Tag so gut wie das gleiche? Der Pool war sehr klein und rasch besetzt. Der Wein war warm das Bier war kalt ! Zu diesen Preisen die sie jetzt haben würde ich nicht Buchen, 20-25% günstiger ist es im Oktober für Juni zu Buchen.

Cons:

Die vielen Treppen sind echt der Hammer, Immer das gleiche lauwarme Essen mit kaum Änderungen ist echt traurig. Jeden Tag eine kalte Pizza muss man erst mal zusammen bringen. Dafür ist der Wein warm, so schmeckt der Weißwein auch. Also bleibt man bei Bier oder Alkoholfrei. Geschmacklich war alles gut nur entweder lauwarm oder kalt. Die Matratzen müssen 20 Jahre alt gewesen sein, schlechter geht es kaum. Die Möwen machen das Essen auf der echt schönen Terasse schwierig. Das es Menschen gibt die nicht mitdenken und sie auch noch füttern sagt eh schon alles aus. Aber das alles voller Vogeldreck ist und man Angst haben muss das eine dir auf den Kopf sch... ist sehr hoch.

Kot že več let sva bila zadovoljna čisto z vsem, ocena 9 namesto 10 je zavoljo prehrupne glasbe ob vikendu - za kar pa ni odgovoren hotel.
Hotelu, vsemu osebju, pa cista 10!

Cons:

Kot rečeno, prehrupna, agresivna glasba do približno 23h, zatem še basi...

Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderbar und für alle Aktivitäten zentral. Auch die Rolltreppe ist wieder in Ordnung. Das Essen ist gut und vielfältig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und gut klimatisiert.

Cons:

Leider waren die Matratzen sehr hart - obwohl sie angeblich ganz neu sind. Das Badezimmer, sowie die Dusche sind extrem klein bemessen.

Die Lage in der Nähe des Meeres war angenehm.

Cons:

Das Personal war durchgehend unfreundlich, besonders an der Rezeption. Auf Anliegen wurde kaum eingegangen.

Die Klimaanlage in Zimmer 307 war defekt. Sie wurde zwar kurzzeitig repariert, fiel aber immer wieder aus und kühlte den Raum nie ausreichend. Als Ersatz wurde uns nach 3 Tagen ein anderes Zimmer angeboten — mit Blick direkt auf die Müllcontainer. Das ist keine akzeptable Lösung.

Außerdem gibt es keinen Aufzug. Schweres Gepäck musste eigenständig über Treppen getragen werden. In der Hotelbeschreibung auf Booking.com steht davon kein Wort — das ist irreführend, besonders für Familien mit Kindern.
