Very aged and old decor, not the best colours and finish in the room.

Très grand parking, mais payant alors que ce n'est pas signalé, ni par "booking" ni à l'accueil de l'établissement
Salle de bain vraiment trop petite, espace d'environ 20 centimètres, entre la sortie de la douche et la cuvette des wc, juste devant
Balcon également trop petit, obligation de déménager le mobilier extérieur, pour accéder au balcon

Sehr gute Lage in der Lagune. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig!

Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und ausreichend!

Cons:

Sehr unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption. Um Punkt 14 Uhr durften wir in unser Zimmer. Wenn das Zimmer dann wenigstens sauber gewesen wäre!
Wir waren 4 Nächte und kein einziges Mal wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt.

Ottima colazione, ottimo pranzo e ottima cena.

Cons:

Stanza piccola, male pulita, una struttura vecchia, senza ascensori assolutamente scomoda per valore passeggini etc etc. Prezzo assolutamente fuori luogo data la scomodità Dell accesso alla hall e alle camere. Neanche un minimo di frigobar. Prese della corrente fuori dal muro.

Struttura un po’ datata…finiture non tenute in perfetta condizione(mattonelle scheggiate,moquette macchiata e strappata in più punti,ceramiche come bagno e portasapone macchiati e scoloriti ma la cosa che mi ha più deluso è la definizione eh hanno fatto della “suite con vista mare” che ho prenato. Suite mi sembra eccessivo per quello che avevo considerando che la doccia era minuscola e stando seduto sulla tazza del bagno dovevo stare di traverso perché sennò con una gamba sbattevo contro la doccia) e poi è vero che la ista mare c’era ma mi sarei aspettato di vederlo sotto l’albergo e non a 500 metri… in lontananza… dietro ad altre strutture comprese le caldaie e le unita di raffreddamento di dette strutture che facevano un discreto rumore
