Pros:

Uns hatt alles gut gefallen, würden gerne wieder kommen.

Cons:

Da wir einen Hund haben würden wir uns in Zukunft freuen wenn das Hotel Zorna. HAUSTIERFREUNDLICH WIRD und wir unseren Klein Hund mitnehmen dürfen, weil dann würden wir jedes Jahr, treue und ehrevolle Kunden werden wollen.

Insgesamt habe ich mich in diesem Hotel leider sehr unwohl gefühlt. Ich habe keine hohen Erwartungen an ein 3-Sterne-Hot
Pros:

Der einzige wirklich positive Aspekt unseres Aufenthalts war das Personal. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht. Dafür möchte ich ausdrücklich ein Lob aussprechen. Hotel befindet sich direkt am Strand was auch sehr positiv ist, sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir waren von Donnerstag bis Sonntag im Hotel Zorna und haben uns aufgrund des All-Inclusive-Angebots, der überwiegend positiven Bewertungen, der ansprechenden Bilder auf der Homepage sowie der hervorragenden Strandnähe für dieses Hotel entschieden. Umso größer war leider unsere Enttäuschung vor Ort.
Das Hotel befindet sich aus unserer Sicht in einem stark renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen viel zu klein und bot kaum Platz für Gepäck oder persönliche Gegenstände. Es gab praktisch keine Ablageflächen, und selbst im Badezimmer konnte man kaum etwas abstellen. Dusche und WC waren extrem eng, sodass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Zudem gab es im Zimmer nur eine einzige Steckdose, was heutzutage absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist.
Besonders unangenehm war der modrige Geruch im Zimmer, der auf Feuchtigkeit oder Schimmel hindeuten könnte. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und verbreitete ebenfalls einen unangenehmen Geruch. Der Vorhang war verschmutzt und mit Insektenresten versehen. Im Badezimmer fanden sich Haare, und generell hatte man nicht das Gefühl, dass besonders gründlich gereinigt wird. Man sollte leider nicht allzu genau hinschauen.
Das Hotel ist außerdem extrem hellhörig. Man hört praktisch jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Gang. Mehrmals dachte ich, jemand würde unsere Zimmertür aufsperren, dabei waren es lediglich Geräusche aus den umliegenden Zimmern.
Auch die allgemeinen Bereiche machten keinen guten Eindruck. Die Flure, Teppiche und Möbel wirkten alt, abgenutzt, fleckig und teilweise schmutzig. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden.
Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt war, dass es im Zimmer keinerlei Möglichkeit gab, nasse Badekleidung, Handtücher oder andere Sachen zu trocknen. Es gab weder ausreichend Haken noch einen Wäscheständer oder andere sinnvolle Möglichkeiten, feuchte Sachen aufzuhängen. Gerade in einem Strandhotel ist das für mich völlig unverständlich.

Personel bardzo miły i uczynny. Barmani daja z siebie wszystko, przy tylu gościach, szacunek.
Natomiast sam Hotel to jakaś porażka. Ludzie z klaustrofobią powinny go unikać. Łazienka mikroskopijna, wejście do Prysznica przez sedes. Brak miejsca na wytarcie sie po kąpieli! Dzisiejsze standardy daleko odbiegają od tego miejsca. Hotel zatrzymał sie w latach 80-tych. Łóżko na szczęście wygodne. Wyżywienie przeciętne, nic specjalnego. Niektóre potrawy smakowały, ale większość było niedobre. Z paczki, sztuczne o dziwnym zapachu. Chyba za długo w podgrzewaczach. Taras oblegany przez palaczy, masakra. Napewno już bym do tego miejsca nie chciał wrócić!
