Disappointing Stay, but Excellent Service from the Night Front Desk Staff
Pros:

Although we experienced several problems during our stay, I wanted to leave this review to help improve the hotel. The noise from the laundry room at night, the broken guest laundry machine, the maintenance issues in our rooms, the lack of pool towels, and the limited breakfast options made our stay less enjoyable. However, I would like to sincerely thank the gentleman who worked the night shift on July 21. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference for my family. I hope the hotel recognizes his excellent customer service and improves the issues mentioned above for future guests.

The worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

This was by far the WORST hotel experience I have ever had and NEVER stay here, especially if you have children. Numerous exterior doors accessible by ANYONE at any time. There was ONE staff member working from 3pm-11pm with the hotel completely booked all weekend. How is he able to service the rooms for guests and watch the front desk for that entire time alone? The tv, phone and alarm clock didn’t work. Shower nob and plate fell off when trying to shower, shampoo was filled with conditioner and the hotel was a dirty mess. Please never stay here, there are so many other hotels all around. Whomever is responsible for this hotel should be ashamed of themselves.
