Exceptional! Will come back for sure
Pros:

Super nice location and the staff are super nice and helpful!
My flight was super late in the evening the team also provided me a late check in which I really appreciated. Edip Rubi and Layla from reception are super helpful.
The shower has a steam function it’s sooooo relaxing and refreshing! I stayed for one night and it’s unforgettable

Another Great Stay
Pros:

This is our 4th time staying at the Park Hyatt Macka Palas. And the stay was again absolutely amazing. Şenol and rest of the staff made this anniversary trip truly memorable. The breakfast, fully equipped gym, and friendly staff have kept us coming back. Can’t wait to return in the coming months.

Loved the staff, the large hotel rooms!
Pros:

Absolutely loved the staff, the large hotel rooms! The staff went above and beyond, Five star. The rooms are very large, accommodating and have everything needed. I loved the separate filtered water sink in the bathroom. The location was not that convenient for public transportation usage, but nothing they can really do about that.

Another unforgettable stay
Pros:

This is my second visit of this hotel in 5 months. I can say everything here is perfect together with very warm personal touches from all the staff I encountered. This is a boutique hotel so their staff can take care of the guests in all around. I really appreciate their services.

Pros:

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Istanbul was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a wonderful balance between luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Every member of the staff we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The front desk team was professional, friendly, and always eager to assist with any questions or requests. The bellmen were exceptional, providing attentive service and making every arrival and departure seamless. The wait staff throughout the hotel were equally impressive—courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing a great dining experience.

The food was consistently very good, with a variety of options that were both flavorful and well prepared. Whether enjoying breakfast or another meal at the hotel, the quality and service never disappointed.

The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and ideally located for exploring Istanbul. Combined with the excellent service from every department, it made for a memorable stay. I would gladly return to the Park Hyatt Istanbul and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible city
