Seriously you should book this hotel for your break in Krakow. Located centrally just behind the market, beautiful rooms, fabulous breakfast and superb service.
My bestfriend and I visited this hotel in April of 2026 for a close friends stag-do. We were a little apprehensive about our first stag do and first trip to Poland, therefore wanted a lovely quiet and luxurious hotel as almost a safe haven and a break from the chaos. Hotel Saski was exactly that. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nicely sized, clean and very smart (in terms of furnishings) the hotel I believe has been redone very recently as everything was immaculate, from the floors to the bannisters to the lobby etc.
The staff were absolutely brilliant, very professional and kind.
We booked our trip through Amex Travel and as we our platinum card holders and Marriot Gold status, we made full use of the benefits and it turned this hotel into an absolute bargain.
The food at this hotel was absolutely brilliant. The buffet breakfast was superb and we also ordered off the breakfast menu as well and it was all delicious. Definitely signs of a top 5 star hotel. The room service was equally as brilliant. We ordered very late and the food came promptly and was delicious. My friend had a pasta that he thoroughly enjoyed and my burger and fries was honestly top tier.
On the final day we visited the spa that was located on -1 (one floor below the lobby) the pool was absolutely beautiful. There was also a sauna, steam room and a nice little relaxation area. The spa was absolutely empty and the changing rooms were immaculate and very spacious.
Finally, I also wanted to hint on the gift that was awaiting me on arrival. My friend had informed the hotel that it was my birthday so on arrival to the room there was an assortment of sweet treats and my favourite beers along with a lovely note from the hotel. This is just exceptional service and I was extremely grateful.
Also the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was based right in the centre of the old town, perfect location to walk around the centre of Krakow.
I could not recommend this hotel more and would absolutely revisit if I ever come back to Krakow again. The hotel is perfect for any guests. Whether that be friends, families or couples. Absolutely wonderful and amazing value.
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
Location. Even though it is near the lovely market square, the hotel is very quiet. There are many bars and restaurants nearby and most of the best tourist attractions are walkable in less than 30 minutes.
Breakfast. There is so much choice of well prepared and presented hot and cold food that it is impossible to list it all in this review.
Accommodation. Our room was well appointed, with 2 large beds, a fridge with minibar and coffee making machine. The bathroom was good with excellent toiletries. I did report a faulty shaving mirror which did not get repaired during our stay.
Staff. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful, in the dining room, on reception and in housekeeping.
I can thoroughly recommend this establishment.

An excellent hotel very close to the main square in Krakow. I was welcomed as a HHonors Diamond member and received a room upgrade. The room was large and very well appointed. It was also very clean. I had breakfast in the hotel and enjoyed a very good selection of food. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Overall a great experience and I hope to return.

Overall, a great stay at this well-located property in the old town of Krakow.
Hotel I was told has been recently restored a few years ago, and everything still felt new and well-maintained.
Service was a standout with some employees going above an beyond in terms of service, which I greatly appreciated.
Probably the top attractions of this hotel are its location and the comfortable rooms. I also felt the breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety.
The only negative of this hotel, I felt were the prices, which were high in my opinion; however, it didn't matter so much as we got great service and had an overall great stay.
