Reception members “staff” were helpful and amazing.
Pros:

Two receptions member were amazing: Flavia & Mariarosaria. A very high potential for the next level
Location, quietness, relaxing

Cons:

Some of the dinning members need to be trained on how to be more customer oriented.
Only one restaurant was open during my stay.

A hotel in an excellent location, but unfortunately far from meeting the standards expected of a five-star property.

Location, Front desk staff, main pool, comfortable bed

Cons:

The furniture is outdated and in need of refurbishment. The dining room staff were unfortunately far from service-oriented and did not provide the level of hospitality one would expect. The housekeeping staff also seemed poorly trained, and the standard of room cleaning was well below expectations.

Hôtel et complexe splendide.
Pros:

Le site est magnifique. L’hôtel est splendide avec sa piscine lagon. Le golf de 18 trous est très beau. Le restaurant est très bon. Tout le personnel est très agréable et serviable. L’hôtel est vraiment au pied de l’Etna que l’on peut voir fumer.

Cons:

Ce n’est pas vraiment une critique mais pour un hôtel de ce standing il n’y avait personne qui parlait français sauf une serveuse au restaurant mais son français était très limité.

Esperienza davvero fantastica. La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è sicuramente la location: l’hotel è immerso nel verde, circondato dal bellissimo campo da golf e con l’Etna proprio alle spalle a fare da cornice. Un paesaggio davvero suggestivo.

Molto belle anche le piscine, soprattutto quella principale, che con le sue forme e il verde circostante dà quasi l’impressione di essere un piccolo lago naturale. Un ambiente perfetto per rilassarsi.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche con i servizi dell’hotel e con l’atmosfera generale della struttura. Abbiamo visitato anche la SPA, che purtroppo questa volta non abbiamo avuto modo di provare: sarà sicuramente un ottimo motivo per tornare e completare l’esperienza!

Cons:

L’unico inconveniente è avvenuto durante la notte. In concomitanza con il nostro soggiorno era presente un gruppo numeroso per un convegno o corso di formazione e, intorno alle due di notte, alcune persone si sono fermate nel corridoio proprio davanti alla nostra camera a parlare, ridere e scherzare piuttosto rumorosamente per circa 15-20 minuti.
Abbiamo segnalato la situazione alla reception, che è intervenuta prontamente: nel giro di circa cinque minuti è tornato il silenzio. Per questo non ci sentiamo di attribuire la responsabilità all’hotel, che anzi ha gestito bene la segnalazione. Si è trattato principalmente di un comportamento poco rispettoso da parte di alcuni ospiti.

Les massages étaient très bons même si très cher

Cons:

Hyper impersonnel, musique rock à fond autour de la pisicine, la personne de l’accueil a regardé ma femme galerer avec deux valises et un sac sans l’aider. Hotel spa mais il faut réserver le spa pour y accéder (20 places max). Netflix qui ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre.

Employees were super helpful and friendly, breakfast was tasty and hotel was in a good shape.

Cons:

That spa is excluded and you need to pay for almost everything additionally. Even when we would have included the spa it is only restricted up to 90 minutes.
