Overall a great hotel, golf and service and excellent value. Good for exploring north Etna too.
Pros:

Rooms newly refurbished, concierge very helpful. Gym open 24/7 was good. Most of the staff were brilliant. Good value driving range - worth doing even if you’re only a novice (you need to know the basics to use the driving range).

Cons:

One member of staff wasn’t great with customer service. And they ran out of balls at the golf range (you would have thought they’d be able to monitor levels better and restock without having to be asked). It was also a shame the main restaurant didn’t open later, and the bar / cafe didn’t serve all day. Would have been nice to have had the option of tea/coffee/ drinks and snacks in the hotel bar in the afternoon. And the lunch offerings at the pool bar need improving. But overall it was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

An amazing vacation!
Pros:

We like the service. The people. The food. The bar tebder Franchesco and all staff from the front desk. Also, the room was amazing and comfterable. And the view of the volcano was wonderful.
