The manager was absolutely terrible the policy of a hard 4 PM check-in for everybody in the hotel was ridiculous for 138
Cons:

I was very disappointed about the check-in process. I had called a few days earlier and asked about an early check-in and they seemed very optimistic and just shared that I should call on my way about an hour out and I most likely could check in early when I arrived at about 245 I was told that they would not accept any check-in until 4 PM and probably 90% of the people at the hotel. We’re going to a concert at Camp Randall Stadium so there are many people in the lobby. I spoke to a manager and asked if I could get on a preferred list for an early check-in before 4 PM and she was adamant. She could not promise something and I integrated I was asking her to promise something I was asking if she could put me on a list for preferred check-in and basically she was arguing with me and just said they will not do any early check-in till 4 PM at which point I asked her how many rooms they had and I believe she said 138 so which in which it was fully booked so at 4 o’clock, they were going to allow people to check in which is absolutely ridiculous. I have never in my travels experience. Anything like that people were standing around in the lobby waiting to check in it was ridiculous and then the bar did not even open up till 430. It would’ve been smart to have the bar opened for us to at least sit and have a drink versus waiting in the lobby. It was very disappointing, and the manager was not very helpful had no empathy and basically just said no one will check in until 4 PM

Felt like a slum.

Holes in the carpets, wrinkles in the carpets. Badly maintained. Only one elevator working.

Staff are courteous and friendly!

Cons:

Rooms was not fully done when checked in. Waited for staff to get done cleaning. No microwave... to inconvenient to go and use the only one at the end of the hallway!
