Staff went above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality. The rooms were very clean and equipped with a variety of complimentary drinks and snacks. The bar atmosphere was fun and service was great!!!
Location, Room
I liked the staff. They were very attentive and tried to provide the best service every single time. the shining star here was Vittorio who is great at his job and in dealing with difficult situations.
The other good thing was the fact that they had airport shuttles
The property is very close to the train station which takes you onto Venice Island.
1. The bathroom seemed old. There were chipped tiles everywhere.
2. The negative thing about airport shuttle service is that during rush times, they seem to have outsourced the service to folks who do not speak or understand English and therefore they would take their directions from third party actors who would push their own clients first.
3. There is hardly anything close by. A few stores here and there. No vending machines and no options for snacks or water purchase.
4. The room also can do with some updates. It seems to be stuck in the 90's with it's empty magazine rack in every room.
Clean hotel courteous staff efficient shuttle
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bahnhaltestelle. Wenn man Glück hat, kann man einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ergattern. Ansonsten sind draußen am Hotel sehr viele Parkplätze. Ich empfehle die Zugtickets online zu kaufen bei trenitalia und nicht an dem Bahnhof (geht nur bis spätestens 5 Minuten vor der Abfahrt!)
Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Nur die Lüftung konnten wir nicht wie gewünscht regulieren. Frühstück hatte zwar alles aber geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Insgesamt war es ein bequemer Aufenthalt in Venedig.
Tiefgarage war nicht wie erwartet abgeschlossen. Ist aber nichts passiert.
Breakfast was ok but I would have preferred a wider variety of Italian instead of American.
The 10 euro was expensive for the breakfast.

Clean and tidy local train close by.
High price for being out of the way from Venice airport or train station. Had to stay one night to sort out our car hire, was an unexpected stay.

Bathroom could be updated Tub is big but difficult to get in and out of. No grab bars.

Our first room was very disappointing. Smelled like a sewer and bathtub was not draining and dirty. They transferred us to another room the next day and it was much better
