Great location and facilities.

Cons:

the spa was really too cold to swim in, which was a shame.
It was an anniversary stay and we requested communication around this with staff but unfortunately had no response

Fair but disappointing not value for the price,

The Location was Great,
The indoor pool although wasn’t heated it was at an enjoyable temperature,

Cons:

There were no dining facilities,

I asked several questions throughout my stay to staff and reception ALL of which needed to be clarified to get back to me, along with being left on hold for five minutes to clarify if they had cork screw bottle openers which there was not one available in the entire resort,

One of the treadmills were not working,
The spa wasn’t working, and the reception were unsure whether the indoor pool was heated or not, I was told probably not as my answer,

The rooms were comfortable but dated with not enough utensils especially a bottle opener( my personal thought is there would be one available in every room)

Very limited television selection and not very interesting options no Netflix or even YouTube,

I asked if the bins in the room could be changed on the second day and was told they don’t do room checks at that time of year, being already full on the second day I specifically requested they be changed reception said they would take a note (the bins weren’t emptied)

Having the same sheets even for two days there was a smell coming from the inner mattress coming into the second night,

The reception staff were attentive however not willing to extend that next level of hospitality,

The lack of knowledge was undoubtedly present,

The resort bar was closed throughout the whole stay a cocktail or glass of wine in the on premise bar would have been enjoyable.

Disappointed
Pros:

The property was clean and looks beautiful

Cons:

The pool and spa were not working was not mentioned when checking in. Very noisey late at night when people enter the buildings and doors slam. Wind tunnel sound in our room on 1st night. And we were locked out of our room.
