Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

From the moment we arrived, we were constantly pressured to attend a timeshare presentation. Despite politely declining, the calls didn't stop. We have three young kids, and being called morning and night during what was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday was incredibly frustrating. It really took away from the experience.

The room itself was also disappointing. It wasn't particularly clean, the fridge didn't work, and the toilet continuously ran throughout our stay.

To top it off, the older blonde lady at reception during check-in was quite rude and unwelcoming, which wasn't the best first impression.

As someone who creates travel and lifestyle content, I always hope to share places I genuinely love with my audience. Unfortunately, this isn't somewhere I could recommend. The constant pressure to attend the presentation made the whole experience feel more like a sales pitch than a relaxing holiday.

Overall, a very disappointing stay, and I won't be returning.

Fun stay for families
Pros:

Friendly staff and easy check in. Underground parking available. Not too far to drive into main town and beach nearby.
Pool was a good size as well as large outdoor spa. Also an indoor pool for use too.
Lots of things to keep everyone entertained with games etc..
Rooms were good size with kitchenette and comfy bed.

Cons:

No hot water for shower,has a pool table but cues broken so couldn't play,Cafe and bar closed. Coffee was absolutely terrible. Gave a staff member Cash to change to coins he then said I didnt give him the money. Later apologised but not good enough. The whole stay was just dissapointing and id never go back. Such a shame it has so much potential and located in a beautiful spot.

Relaxing stay.
Pros:

We were there in winter, very quite. Lovely outdoor pool area. Comfortable beds and pillows. Room had an outdoor seating area. I was with elderly Mum so booked the room with disability bathroom. It was set up well though she thought a non slip mat on floor of shower may have been useful.

Cons:

Had difficulties filling the kettle from bathroom tap. Filled it up glass by glass!😁

Comfortable, good location. Resort is tired, needs some updating

Cons:

Carpet needs replacing in apartment 328. Some carpeted areas of the apartment are a tripping hazard. Surfaces in bedroom were dusty. Outdoor setting and chairs had significant bird poo on them, which you could tell had been there for some time
