Perfect brief getaway with the kids.
Pros:

Brilliant place to stay with children. Staff very helpful in accommodating my needs at a parent with 2 children 2 and under.

Accomodation did NOT meet our expectations
Pros:

Our stay in the 3 bedroom villa was not the best! This was mainly due to the FOUL smell that exuded from the shower drains. But the smaller one was WORSE.!

Cons:

There was NO cleaning available on 3rd floor! We paid nearly $3000 for 5 nights and NO cleaning. What is this ?

Value for Money when on sale and off peak period.
Pros:

- Our room came with a microwave, even though it wasnt listed/noted which was handy to have.
- Parking underground was easy as we stayed just after school holidays. However in busier periods, most are restricted for residents.

Cons:

The stay was okay - hence the 6/10! We loved the room and facilities

Just some notes for reference if booking here:
- Pools dont have towels, so you do need to bring you own/from your room.
- Cleaning isnt complimentary which I found strange, only if you’re a member. This also was not noted or referenced on the booking.
- Wifi is weak, couldnt connect to anything for majority of the stay.
- The presentation we were offered was great for the free meal and voucher, but please do your research on timeshares before considering signing up. Everyone just wants your money and the disrespect you receive when you pass on the offer is diabolical.

I originally was considering staying here again, however the last 24 hours of the stay the service seemed to have deteriorated.

Very noisy from 10am - 10pm from pool view room as I was under entertainment area. Music went on and on so couldn’t slee

Comfortable hotel close to the ocean
