Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, the room was very comfortable and given our late flight arrival having the cot already set-up in the room when we arrived was appreciated. It was a very easy walk to the terminals for both our arrival and departure. They kindly looked after our bags while we spent the day exploring Singapore, and the vehicle drop-off/pick-up area made it very easy to leave for our day-trip too.

Great for transit passangers
