Nice spacious and comfortable stay. Liked the interior decor. Liked the proximity to the terminal. Had a good nights sleep and a great stay.

Location in the airport was good. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Shower was very nice.
Did not like the restaurant being next to reception and felt more like a restaurant inside airport and not really attached to the hotel. Had an evening meal at the restaurant and was seated in an area across from main restaurant which did not feel special and more like an eat and go area. We had Calzones and were very disappointed as the filling had not taste at all and was very expensive for what we received.
Milk cartons in room were stale and when we asked for replacements they were the same. Could not use safe as battery had gone so would not work. Do not disturb light outside door did not work. Light over bed was out. Tap over water basin in bathroom leaking.
Perfect location for a long layover. Was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service and rooms, very comfortable and wonderful friendly staff . Great breakfast, quiet rooms and great amenities.

Hotel bardzo nam się podobał. Obsługa była miła i pomocna, śniadania bardzo smaczne i z dużym wyborem, a jedzenie na wysokim poziomie. Cały obiekt jest zadbany i panuje w nim przyjemna atmosfera.
Jedynym minusem był pokój. Zgodnie z rezerwacją miałem otrzymać pokój z widokiem na basen, natomiast dostałem pokój z widokiem na zaplecze. Poza tym wszystko było w porządku i pobyt oceniam pozytywnie.

Very conveniently located with access to jewel shopping mall and airport terminals
The staff, the size of the room, the pool and the restauarsnt
It was still a bit spenny for how long we stayed there
Convenient to terminals. The pool area was a lovely place to chill. The decor and staff were great.
We were staying in The Jewel Wing on level 8, there was an unpleasant odour of mouldy/ musty in the hallway and our room. The unpleasant smell was not in reception or on level 2.
Also we found the twin beds very narrow and the 2 pillows on each bed were too soft.( Usually there's a soft and a firm to choose from)
Great location for access to the airport - bass at terminal 3 - for ease of getting to your flight in good time. The rooms were very comfortable- massive bathroom - and very peaceful.
