Amazing room to relax in after long flight
Pros:

The lady in reception was marvelous. We just got off a 13hr flight and were able to get our room almost immediately. The room was so beautiful and comfortable. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Comfortable hotel in a great location for a layover.
Pros:

The location is excellent - right next to Changi Airport Terminal 3, and a short walk to the Jewel shopping mall. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean.

Cons:

The spout for the hand basin in the bathroom tends to spray water over the edge of the basin, which is a bit annoying.

Pros:

Для короткой остановки в Сингапуре отличный вариант, особенно при раннем вылете. Из центра идёт метро, 35 мин. Номер просторный, удобный. В номере тихо, не слышно ни самолётов, ни соседей. Завтрак не дешёвый, но очень разнообразный и что самое важное начало завтрака в 5.30 утра. Персонал очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый.

Cons:

Рассчитывались наличными, обмен не успели сделать. Предложили поменять доллары в рядом стоящий машинке, но курс оказался очень низким, потеряли при обмене почти 50$. Над кроватью сильно дуло, причём в лицо, видимо вытяжка

Pros:

The property has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Axel the receptionist was amazing!! Axel was able to assist me with a charging cable that I needed. Nothing was a problem for Axel.
