It was in a good location for our visit
That it was under construction therefore fitness room closed and very crowded for breakfast. Also the pool had debris at the bottom which I scrapped my knee. But I was warned about the construction just didn’t think it was going to look like that.
We were never informed the hotel was under construction until the day of arrival...the pool area was to small for the hotel size...breakfast was okay but the room that they served it in was barely enough room to sit down..I understand it was under construction but they should if thought about ahead of time..rooms were clean and fresh so that was a plus..overall the hotel was okay

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. The newly renovated rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, which made for a very pleasant experience. The highlight for me, though, was the breakfast—it was exceptional, with a great selection and everything tasting fresh and delicious. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

The highlight for me, though, was the breakfast, it was exceptional, with a great selection and everything tasted There were a few things that I feel should be brought to management’s attention, particularly because the room was newly renovated.
My room was 311, and unfortunately, the bright exterior light coming into the room made it very difficult to sleep. The blackout curtain only came down about halfway, leaving a significant amount of light coming through the window throughout the night. It took me well over an hour to fall asleep because of this. Considering that I paid approximately $450 for one night, I really expected to be able to get a good night’s sleep. Proper blackout coverage would make a significant difference.
I also noticed an issue with the bathroom ventilation. Although there is a ventilation opening, there does not appear to be an active fan to remove moisture while showering. The bathroom became extremely steamy, and I noticed some dark spots already developing on the shower ceiling. The shower curtain also had a noticeable mildew-like smell when it was pulled or moved. This was disappointing to see in a newly renovated room and is something I would recommend addressing promptly to prevent moisture and mold issues from developing.
Another small but important detail was the tissue box. We were a party of four, and the box had only a small number of tissues left when we arrived. It was completely empty by the following morning. Housekeeping should ideally notice when supplies are nearly depleted and replace them, or leave an additional box available, especially in a room accommodating multiple guests.
I completely understand that the property is still in the process of renovation, and I was very impressed with the newly renovated room overall.

Most of all except the location- services are bad- not even water bottle in room.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Hotel had some flaws after construction. There was mold in some ceiling panels on the 3rd floor. The elevator light came on with arrow up but then went down 🤷🏼♀️. I was not very happy to pay 220 a night for a hotel under construction and I didn’t know about it until after I booked.
