Pésimo lugar para quedarse. Buscar otra opción.
Pros:

Solamente la ubicación, está en una buena zona y fácil de acceder.
Afortunadamente solo estuve 1 noche, más tiempo no lo hubiera aguantado.

Cons:

El servicio pésimo:
- Recepción, solo 1 persona para atender a todos los huéspedes y una cola de hasta 10 personas.
- No servía un elevador y en el piso 10 estaba todo sucio afuera del elevador que no servía.
- No funcionaba el sistema de tarjetas de acceso para los cuartos y tenía que subir una persona de mantenimiento para abrirnos la habitación.
- Habitación sucia y olía mal.
- Desayuno bastante pobre.

Esta vez la habitación 203 tenia olor a humedad y se fue la luz desde la madrugada y de desayuno solo tenian fruta y café por falta de luz

La ubicacion, enfrente del hotel hay un restaurante y un super para comprar.

Cons:

Se nos dio la habitacion antes de las 15:00 pero por insistencia, siendo que en otros hoteles de la misma cadena y no de la misma cadena entregan antes. Hubo un detalle que se fue la luz por un accidente que derribo un poste (se que no estaba en sus manos pero minimo rentar una planta unas horas para poder compensar ese tema), en la cocina dijeron que la estufa era electrica y que no se podía hacer desayunos. No tiene bar y en la pintura exterior tenia un tono verde de un color y los demas de otro. La alfombra de la habitacion se estaba despegando y faltaba limpieza en baño. No cuenta con maquina para hielos.

La comida terrible sin sabor, todo un desorden en el área, las toallas de baño que me tocaron 2 de ellas rotas.. pedi extra y la respuesta fue veré que hago no sirve la secadora y no tengo mucho...
