El desayuno muy bueno y buena ubicación de fácil acceso
La cama un poco aguada
No puede ser que no puedan emitir una factura con el costo correcto, me mandaron una con un precio diferente al que mande, muy mal atencion.

Toallas viejas, no se podía entrar al cuarto a menos que un empleado te abriera debido al sistema de llaves descompuesto
Excelente relación calidad precio, las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias y el desayuno incluido muy rico. El personal amable.
Estaban reparando el elevador y había mucho tiempo de espera para usar el único que estaba funcionando.

La presión del agua estába horrible, el depósito de agua del inodoro no funcionaba bien y tenía que abrirlo a cada rato

Muy mal la habitación y muy alto el precio. No había toallas, el baño estaba mal, solo un elevador y las instalaciones en muy mal estado. Sábanas rotas. No lo recomiendo. Habitación por noche mas de $2500 MXN. No lo vale
La cama es muy comoda y la habitacion silenciosa.
Al hacer checkin nos dieron una habitacion que ya estaba ocupada por otra persona.
En nuestra habitacion la regadera no tenia buena presion de agua.
Solo hay un elevador ya desde hace buen tiempo (al menos 6 meses) y esto en horas pico es muy molesto pues hay mucho trafico para subir/bajar puedes llegar a tardar hasta 10/15min en llegar a tu habitacion o al lobby.
En general creo que este hotel ha venido decayendo con el paso del tiempo, hace 2 o 3 años era una excelente opcion y ahora es digamos bueno a secas.
