Transiting between Halifax and Calgary - convenient for early morning flight next day.
Pros:

We stayed here to catch an early flight (like most people, I’m guessing.) Clean and comfy. Good shuttle service - 5 mins to terminal.

Cons:

Didn’t have its own restaurant but you can use the one next door - which we did. I imagine it gets very busy though.

Hotel good. Just needs improvement for handling pickup of visitors from airport.
Pros:

Proximity to airport

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Pickup at airport needs improvement.
No signs near luggage exit to contact Holiday Inn Had to ask different people
where to go for pickup. We were not told that the Hilton bus was our pickup vehicle.
The Hilton bus had small signs for the Holiday inn. We had to go from post 2 to post 32b for pickup.
A long walk during inclement weather

Pros:

Location was perfect for when you need to stay close to fly out. Room was huge with easy to control heat/air system. Nice breakfast to start your day. Management was very cordial and responsive to any question or issues .

Pros:

They don’t care. Paid almost 800 for a few hours before a flight. Only 2 small towels, faucet not secured. Stale coffee in the morning. Impossible to get human service.

Good Staff, Clean, Gym, Location
Pros:

First, we have NEVER stayed at a Holiday inn before. Your property totally exceded our expectations. I think that you need to consider advertising to upper middle class travelers as well as you U?C adds. Between the gym, room, food and most importanly the cleanliness of your property should not be overlooked by travelers.
My wife and I thank you and your staff for our brief but very pleasant stay.
