Great customer service by Olga! She went above and beyond at check in!

Cons:

I signed up for two queen beds thru booking.com and the hotel staff told me that wasn't guaranteed and that it was only a preference. Also I think we stayed in room 813 and Saturday night it rained alot and water came thru the windows and the walls resulting in our floors by the windows being wet. One of my kid's bags was by the window and all his clothes got wet. I brought it to the management's attention and they gave us a $100 credit and washed and dried his clothes. We ended up checking out a day earlier than expected to go to Niagara Falls and the management team was fine with crediting us for that day so that we could leave early.
