Empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Das Crowne Plaza ist ein sehr schönes, empfehlenswertes Hotel in bester Ausgangslage, da sich eine Metrostation direkt vor dem Hotel befindet. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber. Sicherlich auch ein großer Pluspunkt ist der schöne Poolbereich, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Perfekt zum Entspannen nach einer Stadttour.

Cons:

Es hat eigentlich alles gepasst. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten gibt es zu bemängeln. Dazu gehört zum Beispiel, dass es im Bad kaum Abstellfläche gab und auch zu wenig Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Super geeignet für eine Städtetour da die Metro direkt am Hotel liegt und man in 5 Stationen am Mailänder Dom ist
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Eingangsbereich hat einen ganz tollen Duft und man fühlt sich direkt wohl

Cons:

Der Pool Bereich schließt leider schon um 19:30 Uhr nach einer langen Stadttour hatten wir uns gefreut noch etwas am Pool zu entspannen was aber leider nicht möglich war

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff in the restaurant, lovely breakfast. Extremely helpful staff on reception, especially Monica who went out of her way to help with transport and arranged early check in after a long journey. It was much appreciated. Thank you!

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Smooth check-in, clean room and tasty breakfast are very impressive. Location is very nice, as MTR (subway) Sondrio Station is just below the hotel and Milano Central Station is located in a walking distance.

Convenient and Up to Crowne Plaza Standards
Pros:

We stayed here for one night in Milan before heading to Lake Como and chose the hotel mainly because of its close proximity to Milano Centrale train station. We were able to walk easily from the station to the hotel.
As we approached, the surrounding area near the train station wasn’t especially attractive, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. But once we arrived, the hotel completely exceeded our expectations.
The staff was outstanding — truly A+++ — and the property itself was excellent. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and well appointed. But the best part of the hotel was the pool area. It felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the busy, less scenic Milano Centrale area.
Another huge plus is the convenience of public transportation right outside the hotel. You can hop on the train or metro and be in the heart of Milan, including the Duomo area, in about 10 minutes.
On our return from Lake Como, we had three or four hours to spare before continuing our travels, so we went back to the hotel and spent the afternoon by the pool, having lunch, swimming, and reading. It was perfect. Once again, the pool staff was excellent.
Overall, this hotel was a wonderful surprise — convenient, comfortable, and with exceptional staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and relaxing oasis for when tired from sightseeing
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and great location - 7 minute walk from central station and the sondrio metro station was right outside for a few fast stops to Il Duomo and the touristy areas. Outdoor pool was lovely in the hot weather.

Comfortable, modern and conveniently located 4-star
Pros:

Needed a hotel for a one night stay close to Milan Centrale and this hotel checked all the boxes. Rooms were clean and well appointed, staff at check in and at the bar/restaurant were super friendly and helpful and there was a really nice pool area. Only small downside was so-so A/C for by North American standards but I find this at most hotels in Italy.
