Location and comfort

Cons:

We stayed for 5 days and it was almost great. The room is clean, location is perfect and fine breakfast. Sadly, we had a bad experience with one of the receptionist during our checkout and his named is CARLOS a big and arrogant guy . Prior to our check in one of the employee told us my privilege being a IHG members. She told us we can have a late checkout at the hotel, it will be perfect because are flights going back home is late at night . I accept it and informed the staff that we will stay until 1:00 pm. But apparently, at 11:00 a staff of them knock our door to ask if we are leaving already, we told her we have a late checkout. And then somebody knock again after an hour asking what time we will leaving the room. After 30minnutes, an arrogant man from the reception called in our room asking us to leave he looked like he is the owner of this hotel when he speaks. We leave immediately to the hotel to avoid some discussion. This accident happened on 19 of September 2026. I hope you will not encounter this Man.

We arrived in Lisbon at 11 pm to another hotel and at 3 am we decided to move to this hotel because the other was dirty

Die Lage war toll un zu Fuß zum Strand und zur Sagrada Familia zu laufen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück... viel zu kleiner Raum. Ewige Wartezeiten auf einen Tisch. Die Auswahl war auch bescheiden.

Хорошее местоположение, в пешей доступности пляж и большая пешеходная улица с большим количеством кафешек. Уборка каждый день, завтрак довольно разнообразный, включен в стоимость.

Cons:

Очень маленькая раковина в ванной комнате, нет никаких приспособлений для сушки полотенец и купальников после моря, хотя оно совершенно рядом.
