Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable with nice rooms. Has an elevator. Staff was nice. Has a good breakfast and a bar.
I liked everything.
The hotel has a fantastic location within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The building is full of historic charm, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The beds were really comfortable, the rooms were spacious and historic with shutters and grand beds (thankfully with new mattresses!) Location is a short walk from the tram to the airport and a short walk to the centre of the town so no car required. Ceilings were high and rooms were airy.
Unfortunately, the square is not quiet at night. There is a bar in the corner and young people gather on the steps in front of the hotel in the square, socialising until late at night. It is really noisy if you have a room overlooking the square. Our room was right above the crowd. On the first night, one group also had a loud speaker. Apparently the loud speakers come out every Thursday! This meant that we couldn't get to sleep. I am sorry about this because there is nothing the staff can do about this and everyone we met was very helpful.
Die Lage, das Ambiente, die Individualität sowie das zuvorkommende Personal des Hotels haben mir sehr gefallen.

I loved staying at the Loggiato Dei Serviti hotel in Florence. The staff there are super friendly, professional and helpful. It is a very comfortable, classy place to stay. They have excellent breakfasts, good variety and quality. The location is super close to the Accademia museum for seeing "David". Good variety of restaurants and lunch spots nearby. I would stay there again for sure next time I go to Florence. If you can stay in a room with view of the Duomo. My room overlooked the square, it was comfortable and quiet.
Excellent breakfast - lots of beautifully prepared fresh fruit, grilled vegetables and good bread.
Staff was great. Building was lovely, the room was very comfortable. I appreciated the elevator, very close to everything.
There were homeless sleeping each night in the piazza. No problems I’m aware of but if I was traveling alone it would make me uncomfortable.
The location was undoubtedly the highlight — just a 17-minute walk from the main train station and only 7 minutes from the stunning Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, with Michelangelo's David literally around the corner. For sightseeing, you really couldn't ask for better.
Unfortunately there were several disappointing aspects to our stay. We were promised a room overlooking the inner courtyard but were given a view over a small service yard instead. When we complained, we were offered an alternative room which turned out to be even worse, so we had no choice but to stay put. Breakfast was underwhelming for the price at €12 each — not good value at all. The room itself was let down by a serious lack of plug sockets for charging devices, and the en-suite was very cramped, particularly the shower, with nowhere to hang a bath towel after use. The walls were also very thin, making it easy to hear other guests, and to top it off we were badly bitten by mosquitoes throughout our stay.
The room was very big and had a nice bathroom. The service at the front desk was amazing, had good advice and was very helpful in certain situations.
The room had a lot of mosquitoes inside and we ended up getting bitten quite a lot during our stay. Could have been another guest opening a window the day prior and not have been the hotels fault, but overall a great place to stay if you’re coming to florence!
Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were lovely and polite.
I liked everything!
I love the timeless look of the property and the location.
There was nothing I did not like about the property. I am definitely booking another stay when I return to Florence.
