a good holiday inn overall
Pros:

Well the breakfast was good, the rooms were great, the swimming pool was there and some staff members were fantastics.

Cons:

The swimming pool water was cold, the fact that we ask a quiet room and the first night was on the floor with peoples with kids and it's not the hotel fault but we had difficulty to sleep because they were very loud.

It was perfect for the one night I stayed.
Pros:

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety.

Cons:

No pens or bottled water in the rooms and only one garbage can in room, none in the bathroom.

Disappointing
Pros:

Hotel was pretty decent.

Cons:

I inadvertently left my Amazon Table and a pair of eye glasses in the room. I telephoned and went back to the property and was not successful in finding the items. I think there was a lack of honesty in the cleaning up of the room as the items appeared to have been stolen. The Manager advised that she would report back to me on any findings, however I have not heard any feedback from her.

Great staff, spacious room, nice that breakfast is included
Pros:

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff; spacious room; breakfast included.

Cons:

It was a little noisy -could hear anything in the hallway. Pool noisy and busy (understandable but lots of splashing etc or you wanted a little more relaxing time). All quiet after 10pm:)
