Pros:

The location and very courteous and cooperative staff. Food was good too.

Cons:

Water pressure is very low . Once water stopped while taking shower. Also toiletries were very low quality .
No towels in room Had to ask for all of it.

Comfortable hotel
Pros:

Neat ,clean, comfortable place situated in the heart of south Mumbai.. The location is good and convenient. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Check in checkout was quick. Room service was efficient.

Cons:

Toiletries are rather sparse. Though it's a room for two the shower gel quantity barely suffices one person. Pillows too big. Not comfortable for the neck

Pros:

The staff are very kind and the room was clean. The area around the hotel was comfortble and quiet, as it is a little away from the main sightseeing spots, yet still very convinient. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Mumbai.
