Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Lage in Nähe zu Carrillo Beach ist top, Frühstück war ok
Das Ganze Anwesen entspricht leider nicht mehr dem was auf den Fotos dargestellt wird ...das muss lange her sein: die Ganze Anlage ist eigentlich schön aber hat (viel) bessere Zeiten gesehen, im und am Pool ist die Farbe abgeblättert, es lagen im Pool viele kleinere Steine; am Abhang neben dem Pool ist - leicht sichtbar - ein kleiner Schrottplatz mit alten Elektrogeräten etc., die Stühle und Schirme am Pool waren verschmutzt und z.T. defekt; Hinweisschilder am Pool und auf der Strasse sind ausgeblichen und nicht mehr lesbar; die Zimmer haben leicht gemuffelt und es war an vielen Stellen oberflächlich "renoviert"; wir waren am Abend der Anreise die einzigen Menschen im Anwesen ohne eine Kontaktnummer für irgendwelche Fälle; hinter der Rezeption stapelten sich im Stuhl Säcke mit Schmutzwäsche. Alles in allem war der Preis für diese Unterkunft nicht gerechtfertigt

Las instalaciones, están sumamente descuidadas, cuando llegamos la habitación olía a pintura, no se podía dormir, el desayuno un desastre... nos salieron huesos de pollo en el gallo pinto.
La piscina es perfecta para los niños
El tipo que limpia la piscina debería llegar más temprano para tenerla lista a las 8 qué es la hora autorizada de inicio y deberían de aclararle qué aunque es el hotel quien lo contrata debería tener mejor trato con los huéspedes
No limpiaron el cuarto mientras estuvimos, las sillas y instalaciones de la pileta estaban sucias hojas de palmera caídas y nadie las juntaba… rs una calle de tierra y entiendo que se ensucia constantemente pero tampoco vi que nadie se preocupara por mantenerlo…. El cuarto rstaba limpio Cuando llegamos pero no hubo limpieza durante la estadía . El desayuno muy bien y la gente muy amable

Que el baño se tapaba constantemente y cada día de estancia pedimos que lo arreglaran pero siempre lo revisaron con mucha amabilidad
