Location was perfect for our purpose. Room was tastefully decorated and fairly modern. Lovely grounds and pool

Cons:

just lacking a bit. Only 2 cups, mismatched crockery, no bread knife and microwave had to be moved to reach power point. Shower had no screen or door which made the wet floor a slip hazard

Pros:

You get what you pay for - the rooms are basic, but have all that you need.

Cons:

I assume you pay for cleaners, so why are you demanding guests to empty their own rubbish? Also, if you are going to put tat ( plastic plants and the like) in the room, then you better clean them - they are full of dust.

Pros:

Brilliant location and facilities. Close to the shopping center with plenty of options.
The pool is a great size and not overly cold whilst the small warm pool offers a relaxing break.

Pros:

Close to Gold Coast airport love seeing the planes. The utensils that we needed were there. The washing machine and dryer only $3 each which was good and easy to get too.

Cons:

The shower screen was leaking water under it to the floor. Not enough milk and body wash.
