Tolle Unterkunft für Städtetour

Wir wollten eigentlich nur unsere Koffer um 11 Uhr unterstellen, da haben wir schon ein Zimmer angeboten bekommen zum Einchecken.
Super netter Rezeptionist.
Tolles und umfangreiches Frühstück. Kind übernachtet und frühstückt kostenlos.
Lage nahe Hbf/Dom.

Cons:

Fernseher reagiert nicht oder nur wenn man direkt davor steht. Fernbedienung könnte besser klappen.
Aussicht auf Mauern und Fenster.

Café da manhã excelente, quarto limpo e cama confortável

Cons:

Durante toda a minha estadia, durante as 18:00 até às 08:00 da manhã do outro todo dia água do chuveiro não ficou quente em nenhum dia. Apesar das tentativas de ajustar a temperatura, a água permaneceu fria, o que causou grande desconforto e prejudicou minha experiência no hotel. O funcionário disse que havia um problema com o aquecimento

Ter um banho quente é um serviço básico esperado em uma hospedagem, e a falta desse recurso afetou significativamente a qualidade da minha estadia.

Agradeço pela atenção e aguardo um retorno.

Pros:

The size of the room and bathroom. The hotel is right next to the train station and it was impressive how soundproof the room was! We barely noticed the trains, the blackout curtains were a dream.

Cons:

The station looks a bit sketchy from the late afternoons onwards, but it gave us easy access to the rest of the city from there.

Teleurstelling ondanks het hoge waardecijfer
Pros:

De ligging is echt wel top in een buurt dat stijl uitstraalt. Op een kwartier aan de Dom.

Cons:

- ontbijt is, ondanks de positieve opmerkingen in de recensies, het geld zeker niet waard. Zelfs de roerei was niet lekker (en ik heb al wat hotels gedaan)
- koel personeel
- het duurde letterlijk 5 minuten vooraleer de douche van koud naar lauw ging. Snelsnel gedoucht (was misschien het opzet van het hotel?)

Pros:

Letto comodo, buona la pulizia, staff disponibile.

Cons:

L'hotel è penalizzato dalla vicinanza della fermata della stazione e della metropolitana. Da una parte il vantaggio di poter utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, dall'altra la sera crea un po' di disagio.
