Tesisin konumu merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ve tren istasyonu yakınında. Odalar temizdi, araçla gelenler için katlı otoparkı da mevcut.

Cons:

Odada kahve makinesi yoktu ve Kahve makinesinin sadece premium odalarda olduğu bilgisi verildi. Bu durumdan hoşlanmadık. Ayrıca kaldığımız tarihte otel bütününde oda kartları çalışmadı ve her seferinde görevli ile giriş yapmak durumunda kalmamız rahatsız ediciydi

Het was wel in orde.
Pros:

Ruime schone kamers en de ligging in de stad op ongeveer 15 min lopen van de Dom.

Cons:

Het personeel reageerde soms niet of het duurde heel lang voordat men in de gaten had dat je in de lobby was gaan zitten om iets te drinken er was ook geen koeling op de kamer en dat was niet van te voren vermeld.

Zeer ruime kamer. Jammer dat het douchen niet comfortabel was door wisselen warm en koud water. Daarnaast toch wat lage

Centrum, de Dom en Hauptbahnhof op loopafstand
Goed bed, waterketel, koffie en thee zakjes en voldoende kopjes en glazen

Cons:

Waterdruk en wisselend warm en koud water tijdens het douchen, wat ons verblijf minder comfortabel maakte
Service van het personeel betreft alleen die bij de receptie. De mensen zijn eerder zakelijk dan warm en vriendelijk. Het is ook een groot hotelcomplex
Op de dag dat ik uitcheckte, kreeg ik een heel vriendelijk welkomstbericht, met een verwijzing naar hun app. Had ik vóór mijn aankomst willen ontvangen
Mailberichten alleen in het Duits. Een Engelse vertaling zou passen bij de internationale uitstraling van deze hotelketen

Die Lautstärke der angrenzenden Bahnstrecke war sehr laut. Auch nachts.
