Bemötandet och att det va så ofantligt lätt och fint att ha med sin valp på restaurangen på kvällen och frukosten. Sen var läget perfekt och bemötandet av personalen va fantastisk liksom maten.

Pros:

Centralt, trevlig personal och mysig miljö i allmänna utrymmen.

Cons:

Det var mycket varmt på rummen och belysningen i rummen främst på toaletten är dov. Det är svårt att sminka sig i det ljuset.

Pros:

The hotel is located centrally in Östersund and you can walk to the lake in 10 - 15 min. The bed was comfortable. Originally we booked accidentally a smaller french bed, but we got on request a normal sized double bed without a problem. The breakfast was fine.

Cons:

The hotel is modern styled with partly dark futnitures. I prefere more lighter furniture, but it is a matter of taste.
