是个度假的好去处
Pros:

酒店装修高档，设施齐全，感觉非常舒适。前台热情友好，给予提前入住并免费升级阳台房，酒店上午有免费水疗体验，附近的购物、就餐不太方便，酒店餐厅只开放晚餐且20:00开始营业，酒店对面有个甜品店不错酒店

Cons:

希望足不出户在酒店用午餐，541号房间的下水不畅需要维修。

Los desayunos muy buenos y las cenas tanto en menu como a la carta, de excelente calidad. Personal muy amable y correcto (Muchas gracias signora Alexandra). Buena ubicación, el hotel dispone de un spa correcto y agradable, con profesionales cualificados ( Muchas gracias signora Liliana). Dirigido por una familia que mantiene el encanto por su bella tierra Toscana desde hace muchos años.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Villa Ricci & Benessere e l’esperienza è stata assolutamente fantastica. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con una cura, una gentilezza e una professionalità davvero rare, che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa.
La struttura è ottima, ma il vero fiore all'occhiello è il centro benessere: una vera oasi di relax di altissima qualità, ideale per rigenerarsi.
Anche sul fronte ristorazione siamo rimasti estasiati: il cibo è ottimo, con piatti curati e deliziosi. Nota di merito assoluta per lo staff del ristorante, che ti segue passo dopo passo in modo attento, accurato e mai invadente.
L'appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era pulitissimo, spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort; la qualità del riposo è stata eccellente, si dorme davvero benissimo in un silenzio e una comodità rigeneranti.
Ciò che fa davvero la differenza in questo hotel è la straordinaria disponibilità del personale: per qualsiasi esigenza, sono sempre pronti a seguirti e a supportarti al meglio, anticipando ogni desiderio con il sorriso.
Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

Camera rumorosa su più fronti: motori della piscina si sentivano dall'interno, vicini di stanza molto presenti (voci, porte-finestre), porte delle camere che sbattevano forte. Potrebbe essere sfortuna con la posizione della stanza e i clienti del momento.

Good location to visit Val d’Orcia, very kind staff and rich breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is a bit ‘old style’ as you can see from the pictures, however it is super clean and comfortable. We did not make use of the spa facilities so cannot comment on that, but a few days before our arrival we got a full services list from the hotel which has always been super transparent about prices.

Breakfast is rich (sweet and savour) and the restaurant has an incredible view over the countryside. The restaurant also serves dinner with typical dishes from Tuscany.

Honourable mention to Petra, the kindest receptionist - she checked us in and out and was truly the cherry on top.

Cons:

Nothing, really - this hotel was the best value for money!
