Alojamiento correcto, habitaciones bastante bien aunque se escucha todo. Baño amplio, buen desayuno, personal muy amable.

Cons:

IMPORTANTE: la piscina NO está incluida en el precio, son 15€ por persona y día, con acceso sólo a una hora (de mañana y de tarde). Esto último nos decepcionó un poco, porque lo cogimos más por la piscina que por la ubicación. Pedimos cama grande y nos dieron dos pequeñas.

Ne vale la pena
Pros:

Diciamo che la struttura non si fa mancare nulla, è ben gestita ed il personale è molto attento e professionale, oltre che disponibile. Servizio bar sempre aperto e colazione intercontinentale molto varia. L'accesso alla piscina idromassaggio e cromoterapia è molto economico e ne vale davvero la pena.

Cons:

Dovrebbe essere ammodernata, almeno la parte delle stanze, che sono pulite, ma datate.

Удобное расположение между старым городом и термальными комплексами. Чисто , уютно, очень доброжелательный персонал, помогли организовать такси от жд станции поздно вечером, помогли погладить вещи по причине отсутствия утюга не только в номере, но и вообще в отеле

Не было утюга вообще в отеле, в бассейне очень сильно пахло хлоркой

Dobra baza wypadowa do samochodowych wycieczek

Hotel starszej daty, tak jakby lata świetności miał za sobą a inwestycje są ograniczone. Duże pokoje, z balkonem i potencjalnym widokiem. Bezpłatny, spory parking, dobra baza do eksploracji Toskanii. Śniadania poza doskonałymi (!) crossaint’ami i klasycznymi ciastami, dżemami itd. miało też inne warianty (co w praktyce oznacza jajecznicę i boczek, oraz jeden ser i jedną szynkę plus platki, jogurt i owoce). Hotel oferuje tez restauracje a’la carte.
Wystrój i wyposażenie trochę szpitalno-sanatoryjne, w tym plastikowe kubki na napoje, odrębne kurki z ciepłą i zimną wodą. Nam sie trafił pokój z panelami wskazującymi na przebytą przygodę z wodą…
Ogolnie cena byla korzystna wiec nie ma co narzekac, ale jeżeli ktoś oczekuje luksusów to raczej sie zawiedzie. Niemniej czysto jest. Klimatyzacja nie najmocniejsza ale jakoś dawała radę.

Cons:

Mało urozmaicone śniadania, plastikowe kubeczki, woda w kranach twarda, osobne kurki, ciśnienie wody nie najwyższe.
Hotelowi przydałaby się renowacja…

Hôtel en trompe l’œil donc déconseillé - très mauvais rapport qualité prix

La première impression et le côté réception

Cons:

Chambre basique d’une autre époque, douche à rideaux, tête en tissu sale donc acariens, vue imprenable sur la façade, petit déjeuner très industriel, piscine annoncée comme spa center mais sans hammam ou sauna et des faux ongles flottants … à 15 euros l’heure par personne de qui se moque t-on en fait c’est une simple piscine avec des bulles pour 3 personnes et pour finir l’établissement accueille les propriétaires d’animaux mais se moque du dérangement occasionné sous prétexte du supplément payé pour les animaux accueillis. Malgré le geste commercial durement négocié cet hôtel ne mérite pas la note de 8,4 affichée

Soggiorno deludente, non vale i soldi spesi

Stanze pulite e perosnale gentile e disponibile, eccetto una cameriera di sala.
Spazi dell'hotel ampi anche se un po' datati.
Il parcheggio dell'hotel è comodo

Cons:

Colazione e cena non all'altezza del prezzo speso, per molti piatti della cena bisogna aggiungere un sovraprezzo e la qualità del cibo servito non è entusiasmante. Menu sempre uguale, non è mai cambiato in 4 giorni di soggiorno. Buffet di verdure deludente (3 verdure a serata). Servizio cena lento e spesso mal organizzato.
Il salone dell'acqua è dotato di una piscina/idromassaggio con acqua non termale, piena di cloro. La tisana in spa non è mai cambiata in 4 giorni di soggiorno, è sempre stata servita la solita tisana ai frutti di bosco.
In camera il letto era molto scomodo, si sentiva fosse un materasso a molle e i cuscini molto bassi.
In generale struttura molto datata, da rimodernare, sia esteticamente sia nel servizio cucina offerto (utilizzando ingredienti di maggiore qualità).
