Good location with convenient metro access and easy walking distance to the Jewish Quarter
Room:
Gloomy room; lighting was poor, especially at night, making even packing difficult. It was uncomfortably stuffy as air conditioning is apparently not switched on until 1 May; opening the window made things too cold. The room worked for one person but would feel very tight for two — barely enough space to go around the bed & realistically space to open only one small suitcase, that too inside the wardrobe. One cabinet had noticeable dust, needed cleaning before use.
As a solo female traveller, a secondary door latch/chain would have added sense of security.
Morning housekeeping noise (vacuuming & chatting) could also be disruptive.
Tea Facilities:
I had asked for an electric kettle to make tea in the room; got that but no proper tea set up. When I asked for regular tea bags, the shocking response was that I could go out & buy them myself as they're not provided complimentary!! Only espresso sized cups provided, had to ask for that separately as well & even then it was never automatically replaced with a clean one — I had to go to reception each evening to ask for another clean one.
Not everyone drinks coffee or hibiscus tea some of us simply want a normal cup of tea - as a hotel with international tourists this should be provisioned for.
Bathroom:
The wash basin was quite small, so were the towels. Bathroom setup felt awkward & not especially hygienic feeling — the hair dryer cord rested on the hand towel, & the hand towel rested on the toilet paper holder. No bathroom exhaust/ventilation.
"Patio":
Smoking setup was oversold. The “patios with ashtrays” were not pleasant outdoor spaces, instead turned out to be narrow metal bridge/walkways between buildings — functional, but nowhere to sit or relax, especially as housekeeping staff regularly passed through.
Others:
One elevator was out of service for around 24 hours during my stay, which was inconvenient.
Good location. Right next to New York Caffe, Mazel Tov, good restaurants and many other attractions. Metro and bus stops nearby.
The standard room is very small. If you live in a room on the street side, you can hear all the noise from the street. The noise is loud in the evenings and at night, as there are several ruin bars and nightclubs nearby. It is recommended to use earplugs for sleeping.
very positive reception and check-in, from then on a negative approach to every request
Freundliches Personal, Ausstattung, Lage
Keine Beanstandung
Ambiente, pulizia e servizio
No Ristorante alla sera
Good location, handy for public transport. Friendly staff who were really helpful. Room was small but clean and comfortable.
Nothing
Room was overall quite nice and solid and staff was super friendly to us. Would definitely comeback
Breakfast wasnt anything special, good for the price since it was included but service intervals were long and not many options, was okay. Nothing else besides that
