Keine Steckdose am Fahrradabstellplatz zum aufladen der nicht abnehmbare Fahrrad-Akku.

Hier möchten meine Schwester und ich auch gleich eine Bewertung über das Hotel "Zwei Raben" abgeben wo wir ursprünglich für diese Nacht gebucht hatten und auch bezahlt haben!! Es ist ein herunter gekommenes Haus in eine sehr schlechte schmutzige Umgebung direkt bij ein Güterbahnhof wo es auch nirgends eine Gelegenheid gab um etwas essen zu gehen. Deshalb haben wir dort nicht eingecheckt. Aus diesem Grund haben wir im Intercity Hotel für diese Nacht ein Zimmer gebucht.

Makkelijke check in via een automaat. We hebben er alleen geslapen.

Cons:

Parkeer kosten stonden nergens vermeld. Bij het uitchecken moest ik nog 20 euro betalen. Ik vond de overnachting al duur genoeg. Ik had ook nergens gelezen over de parkeer kosten. De juf was zeer coulant en we hoefden ze niet te betalen.

- Arrival service was completely dehumanizing. We had to do the check‑in ourselves and re‑enter all our details (full address, etc.).
- Room was not ready at 22:30!
- One staff member compared the hotel to “McDonald’s,” saying guests just need to get used to it. That analogy is totally inappropriate, people go to fast food with different expectations...

A frustrating and impersonal start to our stay. Staff need to improve professionalism and customer care.
