Sehr gutes, modernes Hotel in guter Lage für Citytrip
Pros:

Die Lage, das Zimmer, das Frühstück und das Parkhaus mit E-Ladestationen und direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Alles war mehr als zufriedenstellend, online-Check-in war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber mit Hilfe des netten Personals gut zu schaffen. WLAN ist kostenfrei, wenn man allerdings kein Memberkonto hat oder einrichten möchte, sollte man sich direkt auch beim Checkin den Code für Businesskunden geben lassen und schon funktioniert es auch ohne Account. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern , mit bequemen Betten, guten Matratzen und Kissen. Das Bad nebst Dusche ist ebenfalls prima, wir hatten ausreichend Ablagen auch für Handtücher. Der Frühstücksraum ist in der Tat eher Kantinenstyle, aber neben nettem Personal kann das angebotene Frühstück alles toppen, es gibt alles, was das Herz begehrt: wirklich gut 👍🏻. Checkout lief auch problemlos, wir konnten das Auto weiter im Parkhaus stehen lassen: 24 Stunden kosten €20, das bezahlt man an der „Rezeption“, Tanken an der Ladesäule war 64 oder 65 ct/kwh, das geht über QR-Code und Paypal an der Säule. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super: am Hauptbahnhof und von dort ist man in 10-20 Minuten je nach Ziel in der Altstadt, am Markt, am Dom, an der Stephanskirche mit ihren Marc Chagall-Fenstern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhig, sauber und Toplage
Pros:

Frühstück nicht genutzt.

Gut: Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber, ruhig (Mehrfachverglasung, da Hotel an viel befahrener Strasse und Hbf), Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage gut eingestellt (nicht zu kalt)

Cons:

Leider ist die Lounge inzwischen ganz entfallen-dafür stehen nun dort Automaten zum Self Check in.

Getränke in Automaten viel zu überteuert.

Pros:

beste Lage, vor der Tür ist eine Haltestelle für Bus/Straßenbahn und paar Meter weiter der Hauptbahnhof Mainz, zur Innenstadt ca.5-10 Minuten zu Fuß, Zimmer mit Klimaanlage war geräumig und sehr sauber, Parken ist in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage möglich oder günstiger in einem umliegenden Parkplatz/Parkhaus(über Parktopia ersichtlich, wir haben von Freitag bis Sonntag auf dem Parkplatz am alten Post-Lager 18€ bezahlt, 5 Minuten zu Fuß)

Gute Preisleistung
Pros:

Ich habe zwei Nächte gebucht und ein Upgrade für ein Businness Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, man hatte alles, was man brauchte. Ich habe Bügeleisen und einen Bügelbrett gebraucht, das freundliche Personal hat es vorbei gebracht. Die Lage des Hotel ist optimal wenn man mit dem Zug kommt, da es in der Nähe vom Bahnhof liegt. Man braucht ca. 20 min bis in die Altstadt. Es gibt ein paar Parkhäuser gegenüber vom Hotel.
