Location good,, breakfast omelet and sausage no taste..maybe microwaved....rest was good, bed comfortable
We came from camping..all was wet....booked for washer/ dryer and hot tub due to 10 hr drive..both broken..elevator broken, we were seniors, had CAA and had a $,35.00 discount coupon...said they could not honour any of them because we booked on line ( Lesson learned). Desk said we got a discount but could not give us any info of how or how much, but we had called first to price the room and paid the same, so there was no discount....

Elevator was broke at the time but they did offer a beautiful suite on main floor.
It was clean and comfortable. And close to the highway which was a priority.
At the time I booked on Booking.com it said there was only I room available which was an Executive King room at a rate of $269 + $10.84 City Tax and an additional $40.35 in Other Tax. As we were just passing by and desperately needed a room and most nearby locations were out of rooms I went ahead and booked the room for a total of $320.19 which I really can’t afford.
I did it anyways because I was very worried we would not get another room elsewhere as I had just missed out on 4
rooms at a competitor’s Hotel close by. When I arrived I was advised it was their primo room and the nicest but their elevator was down and we would have to walk up and carry all of our stuff to the fourth floor. They then proceeded to tell me they had a king room on the main floor but it wasn’t as nice but I could switch to it. The part that upset me was that I was taking a lesser room but I had to pay the exact same price and this was all after the site claimed I was getting their last room yet the hotel immediately offered up another. The whole thing felt dishonest and like a scam to get you to pay more than the rooms are worth. Front desk staff told me they had “extra rooms set aside” but none were offered or available on the site.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.
The elevator was out of service so we had to use the stairs more than we would have liked too.

Days it was refreshing to enter a clean and comfortable room. Best sleep I had the whole trip. It was just a one night stop over so we didn’t use the pool etc but will add this place to come back to if we travel

The people above us seemed to wear cement shoes very heavy on their feet but once they went to bed it was quiet.

Their elevator was not working and it caused issues as we were on the 3rd floor and I have mobility issues. They advised it was all they could do

Room lighting was terrible. Could not read in bed.
Cement head board was very uncomfortable.
No AC in hallways or restaurant was very uncomfortable.
The elevators were not working and no assistance was offered to get suitcases upstairs to 3rd floor.
No apologies were offered for the inconvenience.
Overall a very poor experience.
The developer didn’t work up or down at 10am Sept 12 2026. Problem with mechanical. There was no one to help my wife down from 3rd floor.?She has cancer and can’t walk well.
