A veces el baño por ser encerrado daba un olor feo, no era muy fuerte pero nos obligaba a dejar encendido para que funcionará el extractor de aire
This place was in a great location close to the plaza and walking distance to museums. Very safe and the breakfast were delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms we’re comfortable and good size. Loved the terrace for yoga and playing games.

Beds were noisy when one turn during the night.
The shower tap was difficult to figure out at first.

Noise level from street high. Front desk staff were not as courteous. Every day only one coffee powder packet was left in the room even after I told them we were two people. Re-entry was always difficult as they locked the entrance door. Breakfast was decent ur not as good.

Proporcionan secadora de pelo, plancha y servicio para preparar café y cuenta con 2 restaurantes que ofrecen servicio a la habitación con un buen menú y precios accesibles , para cuando no puedes salir.

Cet hôtel est bien situé et son personnel est très accueillant. Les espaces communs sont très beaux, le plafond de verre est impressionnant.
Les tapis. Il y a du tapis presque partout. Cela assombrit toutes les pièces et dégage une légère odeur.

Estaba mi puerta (habitación 304) pegada a la puerta de otra habitación y cada vez que abrían la puerta se escuchaba muy fuerte

Great location and nice room. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast is ok. Could use more choices at breakfast. No fridge in room and could not get a/c to work but they brought me a fan. Location is phenomenal. Staff are very friendly and helpful (in English). Stayed here ten years ago when the wifi was horrible but would definitely stayhere again.
