I have stayed at this hotel for almost 3 months and it has been nothing but pleasant. The staff specifically were nothing but kind, respectful, and always ready to help. I wanted to leave a special review for Ms. Dorothy who has made my stay amazing. I remember first meeting Ms. Dorothy I asked for all new bedding and instead of just handing it to me, she offered to help me/teach me how to do it. I rarely had to ask for anything because Ms. Dorothy always anticipated my needs and brought it to me before I even had to ask. She would knock on my door with such a welcoming smile and would chat with me for a little. Simple things like that made my day especially being alone for most of the day while my husband was at work. With a long stay like this, knowing someone so kind and genuine like Ms. Dorothy truly made this place feel like home away from home.

Excellent customer service great people

If you are a fan of the Homewood, you need to get here so you can see what the best of the best looks like. First of all, you think you are walking into a Ritz-Carlton (not exaggerating). The lobby is spectacular, the furnishings are top-quality, everything looks and feels brand spanking new. That luxurious trend continues on into your room. We were fortunate enough to have the 2-Bedroom (King, 2 Queens)/2-Bath (both with tubs) Suite. Again, all-new furnishings and big-screen TVs. Even the dish ware tops other Homewood’s you might have enjoyed. Linens are lush, too. The fitness room has the usual machines, towels and free weights/bench. Breakfast is always good at a Homewood — here, it’s scrambled eggs, sausage, wheat bread French toast, grits, breads/bagels and some great big bananas. Thank you so very much, GM Cynthia, for making our brief overnight stay here one for the memory books.

We really enjoyed our experience! The staff was friendly and the rooms clean and spacious for our family of 6. Breakfast was decent as well and we’re quite picky about food. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel with great location and access from the expressway. Clean hotel, great staff, and Epic breakfast!

Mold in shower. Phones in the room never worked. Remote had to be replaced in the bedroom (volume worked, channel didn't). MOJOR, MULTIPLE problems with the door mechanism. Had to have cards replaced multiple times and sill only worked 50% of the time. VERY inconvenient!!!!!!!!!

Location is amazing and having a suite is just perfect as a home base. Grocery and shopping are walkable and it's less than an hour to multiple beaches. Housekeeper Dorothy kept the room spotless and well stocked!

Great location, excellent atmosphere and decent value. The staffing is what stands out to me. Lashonda and Dorothea were so kind at check-in especially with Hilton Honors benefits including a room upgrade and consideration, as was Keisha at checkout. Breakfast was excellent.

Right off the path we were on

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. We were traveling with my dog, and I especially appreciated how smooth and hassle-free both check-in and check-out were - no issues at all.

I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotels, but Homewood Suites by Hilton in Daphne exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredible and truly goes above and beyond to make your stay seamless and enjoyable.

Even the housekeeping staff was outstanding. Carolyne specifically was so kind and pleasant, and even offered me a water while I was working out in the gym. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out.

Christina at the front desk was great in helping me find some fun local areas to hike, Jason was great with an unexpected early check-in, and the AGM (I think Rich, but I may be wrong) was amazing as well.

The amenities are great, the location is convenient, and everything you need is close by. Even the on-site restaurant was solid and a nice added bonus.

What really makes this place special is the people. Their level of service makes all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again.

Alicia and Brittany consistently go above and beyond every morning. They prepare breakfast with a positive attitude and always make the experience enjoyable. Their customer service is truly outstanding they’re friendly, welcoming, and clearly take pride in what they do. The food is always great, and their energy sets the tone for a good start to the day. Easily some of the best service I’ve ever experienced.
