Pros:

The bed slept very good, the staff tried correct the issues with room 418. Very polite

No breakfast, no soap, was in bathroom . Phone was missing out of the room.and the safe was broken.

The bed had bedbugs my wife got eat up she woke up first morning with bites everywhere

Pros:

The view was nice, and free parking

Cons:

It’s outdated, and very hot and humid in the hallways. The sheets on my bed were very significantly stained. I had to call the front desk twice before someone brought new sheets to the room and then I had to change the sheets myself. Neither the person at the front desk nor the person who brought the sheets up seemed to be apologetic.

The staff told me a worker took my property which is an assistive device) and staff and management failed to return my call. I did not receive it back.

Pros:

We've stayed there several times over the past 10 yrs., and it was comfortable for our needs. It's been about 3 years since our last stay. I was surprised when we found they no longer provide continental breakfast. I imagine the change of management would be the reason, although you can see they were preforming upgrades to the lobby and restrooms. The staff were accommodating for the small issues we did have. The air conditioning unit flooded the balcony, making it challenging to go on to our ocean front balcony without a slip and fall incident. Maintenance and front desk clerk on duty (Elvee I think and Crystal), went out of their way to come and fix the issue, no quick fix. Elvee and Crystal accommodated us with enough towels throughout our stay to soak up the water, which enabled us to enjoy the view. Little soggy but was able to catch the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
Thank you, Crystal, and Elvee, great asset to the company. It's awesome to see employees that truly enjoy taking care of the customer. Mr.& Mrs. Cole.

Lack of excellence.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The lamp shades appeared to be moldy with a lot of black on the white shades. The AC was leaking bad. The manager was getting angry with an employee who was trying to help guests. It was not the best experience.
