Location and oceanfront rooms, staff was friendly. We arrived a little early and we're able to check in.
Vibe was outdated. Waited an hour for a luggage cart. Pool was gross, dirty, and dark. Room had food scraps from prior guests on the floor when we arrived. Shower leaked and the bathroom floor was always wet - maybe need a shower curtain liner.
Oceanfront, very comfy mattress!!
Had to use coffee pods as tea bags as coffee maker didn't have all its parts. Not enough parking spaces for all the rooms.made it difficult for parking especially for handicapped.
The staff was great and the location is excellent.
Very convenient right on the boardwalk.
Although we wanted rooms that connected with a door that we had as last year. I’ve called in advanced, and they promised that they will have a room that connects. Our rooms were next to each other, but did not have a door to connect and they were not able to accommodate that.
They could really use updating the rooms a bit and the pool to be more cleaner.

Location was great! Views we're amazing. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to beach. Had a nice shop on site. Staff was very friendly.
Parking lot was horrible. Our new car got a ding on the first night because all of the spaces are so close you can barely open a door to get in and out. There are also not enough parking spots, even for disabled. Hotel could use a deep cleaning.

Location was amazing, staff extremely friendly. Overall facilities could use some updating but having stayed here several times over the past few years definitely good bang for your buck. All rooms face the coast so breathtaking sunrises are always in the forecast (just get up before 5:30am)

I’ve stayed at least 6 times. All rooms face the ocean and boardwalk, close to anything you need within walking distance and although it’s a little outdated, the staff keep it exceptionally clean, neat and comfortable
The parking lot is not very big but the overflow lot is less than a block away and there is no extra fee.
