Cons:

The rooms really need updated. Our ceiling was flaking off onto our bags. The smoking of marijuana is really bad with staff and other guests. You couldn’t sit on balcony without the strong smell of pot. Cleaning could be updated a lot. Just needs an overhaul/update. Employees should not be allowed to park in parking lot. They should have to park in the overflow parking area.

We hated to go home because our view of the beach was gorgeous!
Pros:

The view was breathtaking! Everything was convenient. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

My only concern was the parking. When we arrived, we had to park in there other parking area. We had to carry all of our luggage from there to the resort. It was hard on us.

Staff was always nice and accommodating.
Pros:

The location was nice with great oceanfront view

Cons:

Needs to be updated and the bathroom was way too small. I only stayed one night so it was okay but if I was staying longer I would have wanted a larger bathroom. For $180 a night I expected more.

Worth the price
Pros:

Located between 24th and 25th St on Atlantic, easy walk to Starbucks. Close to 295 and lots of shops nearby.

Cons:

My rug was a little dirty and long hair in my tub.

Pros:

Perfect location/view. Staff were friendly. My room had everything we needed. Comfy beds. Great value.
