Parking is very limited and tight. The hotel looked like it belonged in the ghetto and not on the beach ocean front. The balcony is not private, you can see the person next to you of they are on theirs.

My family had a blast and we really enjoyed our stay! Everyone at this hotel was super nice and met our needs. Didn’t have no problems with anything yes they might need a little updating but everything was perfect. I see other people posting issues I was worried about but did not have any problems I see people posting. Our room was super clean. It smelled clean in lobby and elevators they use a nice cleaning product. The gift shop in hotel is awesome as well we forgot plates and silverware and it had it along with tons of fun souvenirs and anything you would need including snacks and cold drinks. The location is amazing right by the beach aquarium is not far at all my daughters loved it! Recommend captain George’s and Aldo’s which is a close drive everything in that area is awesome. Lot of cool shops and restaurants nearby walking on boardwalk this is a perfect spot for a family. Love that every room has a balcony perfect views we even saw dolphins the one morning from our 4th floor balcony view. We 100 percent for sure will come back here. Again thanks so much this hotel made our stay super enjoyable my family loved it!
I thought it was good all around only thing tvs and lamps could be updated
The staff was very friendly and the beds were clean.
The sink was clogged, the ceiling was cracking and chipping off, the ac leaked, the balcony was chipping, the ice machine didn't work, the elevators were very sketchy (exposed wires and very slow to open)

Very good location. Close to shops restaurants, and the beach. On Wednesday’s it’s a very nice view of the Virginia Beach fireworks. There was a gift shop downstairs that was pretty nice and had a pretty good amount of stuff. Bed was comfortable. Staff seemed nice enough.
They definitely didn’t have enough parking right off the bat. Probably because of the location. There was a secondary parking lot that the guests could park in but cars were parked all around in no parking zones because they didn’t want to walk further. I don’t know if they don’t have enough staff or what but when we showed up, there was no soap in the bathroom. We went down to the desk and asked for soap and we got written down on a piece of paper but we never had anyone come up to fill our soap dispenser(no soap bars here). On the first night the elevator stopped on floor 1 and the door wouldn’t open more than 5 inches. We started yelling for help and pressed the alarm button and had the front clerk rescue us the second time we called out. We asked the maid staff for soap and a couple towels when they were 2 rooms down from us and they said they would be right down and no one ever came to our room during our 3 night stay. We had to go down to the front desk to get towels. We never got soap for the bathroom.
We where close to our car and restaurant was across the street.
It's not clean carpet is so dirty and coming up elevators are even dirty it's very not clean at all it was awful. We couldn't get comfortable to sleep

Very limited parking and elevators are a little on the sketchy side room wasn’t ready when we got there but they moved us to one that was ready.

am very disappointed with my stay. The hotel and rooms looked nothing like the photos shown online. The pictures were misleading and created expectations that were not met.
I specifically booked a room with two queen-size beds, but upon arrival, I was given two full-size beds, which made our stay much less comfortable.
One of the main reasons I booked an oceanfront room was so I could relax and enjoy the balcony and the view. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the balcony because water from the air conditioning unit had flooded it, making it unpleasant and unusable.
The pillows were extremely poor quality and offered almost no support. I woke up with significant neck pain this morning because of them.
The iron in the room was old and leaked water all over my clothes, leaving stains and making it unusable. Basic room amenities should be properly maintained before guests arrive.
Overall, this hotel did not provide the quality or experience that was advertised. Between the misleading online photos, receiving full-size beds instead of the queen beds I reserved, the flooded balcony, uncomfortable pillows, and the faulty iron, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again and hope management addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.
