Wouldn’t stay there again!

Cons:

Outside lights on all night couldn’t see the stars. Breakfast wasn’t that good. Didn’t have the Mountain View I asked for.price was high for what we got.

A great location and a dated property with pathetic breakfast.
Pros:

The location was terrific - so easy to get into Bryce. The management was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The place is very dated and could really use some work. The Breakfast is just awful. It is served in the restaurant on the same property. Styrofoam and plastic utensils, (tiny sizes) terrible coffee, limited items - 2 waffle machines, the eggs were just dreadful looking - I found out they come cooked and packaged and the breakfast people cut them in little squares about 3/4” in and heat them. YUCK! The toaster took about 5 times of rolling the bread through to get it barely toasted. I tried adjusting it but it did not help. They only had white bread and pale english muffins so I brought my own bread and jam the 2nd morning. They also have milk and cereal plus juices. The staff person was very nice but they really could do a much better job with the breakfast.

Pros:

Location to see Bryce canyon.

Cons:

We had booked 2 nights. We requested 48hrs prior to check in to cancel 2nd night with refund due to a death in the family and we needed to return home. We were told No, they would not refund us.
Our room was very worn and furnished with old furnishings. The seal around the shower/ tub windows had mold. There was no microwave which is very much an inconvenience. We would not stay there again.

Wish we were there more than one night to enjoy the new sauna. Great location to the park and Rudy’s
Pros:

In walking distance. My husband had to fix and vent the waffle dispenser for the batter to come out. It wasn’t a problem. He didn’t mind doing it. We loved the waffles

Cons:

The new refrigerator condenser kept going on and off all night keeping me up. It seems it is a 2 week old new refrigerator

I would not recommend this place to anyone to stay there.
Pros:

The only thing was the location.

Cons:

It was dirty, outdated and in need of major updating and renovation. The blinds in one of the bedroom were broken and filthy. The bathroom did not have a covering over the clear glass window at all. The handyman came in and screwed up a towel to give us a minimum of privacy. There were dirty tissues in a drawer by the bed. It was gross.

Location and price point was fabulous.

Cons:

The room is a bit dated and dusty. Additional issue was a strong room deodorizer smell. Free breakfast was ok but didn't have much in the way of gluten free options. Coffee was not that great as well.

The bathroom had hair on the floor when we arrived. The lighting was bad. The TV was small. The sink was very slow to drain. Overall it just had a rundown feel with new paint slapped on top.
