Pros:

The room was clean, and quiet. It was close to our favourite cafe for breakfast.

Cons:

The bed was pretty hard but in saying that, I still had a good sleep with no body aches in the morning.

They charged us double, so we had to ask for refund several times. It took 2 weeks to sort out the situation, I wrote them many times and they ignored my messages. The rooms were very different, one of them didn't have a glass or even curtain in the shower. Other room was very loud, right next to the elevator.

Pros:

スタッフの方々が、とても親切に対応してくださいました。クーン・セン・ロードにも近く、ジョー・チャット・ロードはレストランやショップが沢山あって便利な場所でした。ちなみにガイドブックのページ数も、２ページ（２０２０年版）から６ページ（２０２７年版）に増えていました。事前調査が足りなかったと反省中。

Convenient location with good amenities for a short stay. Comfortable and worth the price.
Pros:

The 3-person room we booked had a mini fridge in it, so we could just buy drinks and food from outside and there wouldn't be any spoilage. There's a 7-11 convenience store right across the hotel for anything you may need. Clubs around the area also aren't very loud so noise is a non-issue. Water is drinkable from the faucet as well. You may also politely request for towel and bathroom rug changes daily from the front desk.

Hawker centres, cafes and restos are scattered nearby, so you are not hurting for food options. To note is a smaller hawker place called the Singapura Hawker Club along Joo Chiat and there's a stall there that sells good Chili Oil Smoked Duck Pasta for roughly 8.30 SGD. It's the cheapest price I've seen anywhere.

There is also a bus stop a short walk away (Bus 33) that can take you close to the city center, or to train stations along its route. And if you take this Bus 33 back to the hotel, there's a small bus stop on the street behind the hotel you alight at, then a well-lit pedestrian path you can use to get back to the hotel. You can also take this same bus stop to Green Line Bedok station if you're taking the train back to Changi airport to save up on taxi or Grab fares.

Cons:

The room was a little cramped for people with large luggages, but that is to be expected for a budget hotel and a room for three people. The bathroom showerhead is removable but putting it in its holster aims it in a way that it'll hit the opposite wall when on high pressure and since the shower area has no door, the water can get out and make a mess if you're not careful.
